The Los Angeles Rams and quarterback Matthew Stafford finally finalized terms on his new deal for the 2025 season, sources tell NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Stafford will earn $44 million this year, with $4 million already paid and the other $40 million fully guaranteed. The Rams were exploring the possibility of trading Stafford this offseason, but instead the two sides worked something out to keep him in L.A. for at least one more season. The 37-year-old two-time Pro Bowler threw for 3,762 yards, 20 touchdowns and eight interceptions in 16 regular-season starts but had the Rams peaking in the postseason, and they almost pulled off the upset over the eventual Super Bowl-champion Eagles in the playoffs. Although Stafford makes the Rams a Super Bowl contender and he was much better down the stretch, he wasn't even a top-15 fantasy QB in 2024. Consider him as no more than a midrange QB2 in fantasy.

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that kicker Justin Tucker has been in the team's building and has been working out. From the coaching end, Harbaugh said all kicking decisions regarding Tucker and rookie Tyler Loop will be based purely on football since the team is still waiting on the results of the league's investigation of Tucker. The 35-year-old veteran's career and tenure with Baltimore hangs in the balance this offseason due to numerous allegations of sexual misconduct. In addition to that off-the-field issue hanging over his head, Tucker hasn't been the elite kicker we're used to seeing in the last couple of seasons. The seven-time Pro Bowler and five-time All-Pro made a career-low 73.3% of his 30 field-goal attempts in 17 regular-season games in 2024. Even if he sticks with the Ravens, a lengthy suspension could be coming his way in 2025.

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that wide receiver Zay Flowers (knee) ended up not needing surgery for his knee this offseason. Flowers sprained his right knee in the Week 18 regular-season finale against the Cleveland Browns and wasn't able to play in either of the team's postseason games as a results. The 24-year-old former 22nd overall pick in 2023 out of Boston College should now be fully ready for the start of the 2025 season this fall, but we'll keep a close eye on his progress once training camp gets underway in late July. Flowers earned Pro Bowl recognition in 2024 in his second year in the league after catching 74 passes for 1,059 yards and four touchdowns on 116 targets over 17 games (15 starts). He has been the team's WR1 since being drafted in the first round and has plenty of elusiveness and speed, but he's more of a low-end WR2/high-end WR3 in fantasy in a run-first offense.

Washington D.C. will host the NFL draft in 2027 on the National Mall, where the Washington Monument stands, a source told The Washington Post's Mark Maske. An official announcement is expected to come Monday at the White House. The draft will be held in Pittsburgh next year in 2026. This will be the first time that Washington has hosted an NFL draft. After owner Josh Harris bought the Commanders franchise in July of 2023, the team went from 4-13 in his first year to 12-5 and in the NFC Championship game this past season under first-year general manager Adam Peters and head coach Dan Quinn. Washington announced a deal on April 28 that would bring the organization back to the stadium it called home from 1961-96, but the nearly $4 million deal for a new stadium still must be approved by the D.C. council.

The Houston Chronicle's Jonathan M. Alexander reports that Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell (knee) will most likely miss the entire 2025 season and be placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Dell tore his ACL, LCL and MCL and also suffered meniscus damage to his left knee and a dislocated kneecap on Dec. 21 of last year. The 25-year-old has already had multiple surgeries on his knee and most likely will not be able to get back on the field this upcoming season, which shouldn't come as a big surprise given the severity of his injury. Dell could be back at some point in 2026, but it wouldn't be surprising if he's never the same player after such a devastating knee injury. It's why Houston drafted both Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel in this year's NFL draft after losing Stefon Diggs in free agency. Before his injury last year, Dell had a 51-667-3 line on 81 targets for Houston.

Dallas Cowboys third-round rookie cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. (knee) was able to take part in walkthroughs during last week's rookie minicamp as he recovers from a torn ACL that he suffered last September at East Carolina. "Right now I can pretty much do everything," Revel said. "Running straight line, cutting, haven't gotten too much into that, just trying to take it day by day, trying to take it slow." If not for the injury, the 23-year-old certainly would have gone earlier in the 2025 NFL draft. Despite the fact that he appears to be making good progress, executive vice president Stephen Jones said that Revel will start training camp this summer on the Physically Unable to Perform list. It's unlikely that Revel will be ready to go for Week 1 of his rookie season, but eventually he'll provide a boost to Dallas' secondary and could turn out to be an excellent value pick for the Cowboys.

New Orleans Saints TE Taysom Hill (knee) is expected to miss an extended period of time because of his knee injury, according to general manager Mickey Loomis.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to keep an eye on Hill's rehab this offseason to see when he will be able to return to the field. He has some fantasy value when he is healthy, but players probably will have to look for other options to start the season.

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams doesn't think he has reached his ceiling despite back-to-back 1,100-yard rushing seasons. Williams has also added an impressive 26 total touchdowns the last two years. "I don't feel like I've touched my peak yet. I've gotten to where I wanted to be, but I'm determined to make this my best season," Williams said. The 24-year-old former fifth-rounder in 2022 remains hungry for more production as he enters the final year of his rookie deal in 2025 with the Rams. L.A. could involve backup Blake Corum behind Williams more in his second year in the league, but Williams remains the team's unquestioned RB1 as long as he's healthy, and he should be considered a solid midrange RB1 option in fantasy drafts this fall. In 16 regular-season games in 2024, Williams was the RB6 in half-PPR scoring with 1,299 rushing yards and 14 rushing TDs on 316 carries.

Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Zac Robinson said that he "wants to continue to develop" tight end Kyle Pitt's tight end skills and that he's "expecting Kyle to take a big jump" in Year 2 of the offensive system in 2025. The former fourth overall pick in 2021 -- the highest a tight end has been drafted in the NFL -- had 68 catches for 1,026 yards and a touchdown as a Pro Bowler in his rookie season while becoming the second TE in NFL history to post a 1,000-yard season, joining Hall of Famer Mike Ditka. However, the 24-year-old has disappointed the last three years with 1,625 yards combined and never finishing with more than 667 yards. He also suffered a season-ending torn MCL in 2022. We've heard in the past that Pitts has been primed for a big year, only for him to disappoint. For fantasy managers will to take the chance on him, Pitts is entering a contract year and will be working with impressive young quarterback Michael Penix Jr.

Los Angeles Chargers rookie first-round running back Omarion Hampton said on The Jim Rome Show that he believes he and Najee Harris can create "a dominant backfield" in 2025. "We know they're going to run the ball, so I'm loving it," Hampton said. The 22nd overall pick was a workhorse back in college at North Carolina and was incredibly productive for the Tar Heels with 2,033 scrimmage yards in 2024, which was the third-most in the nation. Although he won't be a workhorse immediately for the Bolts while sharing touches with Harris, Hampton should have plenty of fantasy upside immediately in a run-first L.A. offense. He averaged over 175 total yards per game in 12 contests in 2024 and was also the fourth FBS player with 1,500-plus rushing yards and 15-plus rushing touchdowns in back-to-back seasons since 2016.

The Kansas City Chiefs waived defensive end B.J. Thompson (chest) and released linebacker Blake Lynch on Saturday to free up roster spots for undrafted free agents, according to Chiefs Digest's Matt Derrick. According to a source, if Thompson clears waivers, he will revert back to the Chiefs on Injured Reserve and will continue his rehab from the seizure he suffered last June. KC recently signed 16 undrafted rookie free agents. Thompson, 26, was a former fifth-rounder (166th overall) in 2023 out of Stephen F. Austin. He spent all of last year on the Non-Football Illness list after going into cardiac arrest. Thompson played in just one game in 2023 and had two solo tackles. Lynch, 28, went undrafted out of Baylor and debuted in the NFL in 2020 with the Vikings. He has 57 tackles (37 solo), two sacks, an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in four NFL seasons.

The Seattle Seahawks are converting rookie fifth-round tight end Robbie Ouzts to a 274-pound fullback as part of their vision for a more physical running game under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, according to ESPN's Brady Henderson. Ouzts will be competing with Brady Russell, who is also making the transition from tight end to fullback this offseason. He worked mostly as a blocker during his four-year college career at Alabama, so it should be a pretty natural transition for Ouzts in Seattle. Ouzts obviously won't be on the fantasy radar at all as a blocker if he's on the field regularly, but this news is good news for the Seahawks' ground attack and starting running back Kenneth Walker III and backup Zach Charbonnet. In 17 games last year, Seattle averaged just 95.7 rushing yards per game, which ranked as the fifth-fewest in the NFL.

Free-agent RB Nick Chubb (Browns) appears to be an unlikely option for the Cleveland Browns now that RB Jerome Ford agreed to take a pay cut, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: Chubb has been linked to a few teams this offseason, so he likely will be wearing a new uniform in 2025. He likely will not find a starting job with a team but should be part of a committee. He could be a late round pick in fantasy leagues depending on his team but will not be a weekly starting option.

Per Rainer Sabin and Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, the Detroit Lions have signed undrafted free-agent wide receiver Jakobie Keeney-James to a three-year, $2.985 million deal. The Massachusetts product is set to compete for a spot on the Lions' active roster, joining fellow rookie wideout Isaac TeSlaa as new acquisitions for 2025. Keeney-James didn't post eye-popping stats at either of his stops in college (EWU), though he did catch 50 balls last season and turned them into 839 yards (16.8 per reception) and six touchdowns. The 24-year-old isn't a burner (4.59 40-yard dash) and has quite a ways to go for playing time. We'll see if he can make a big enough splash over the next few months to stick with the organization.

The Green Bay Packers have signed third-round rookie wide receiver Savion Williams to a four-year, $6.28 million deal. Green Bay has now signed all but two of their picks from April's draft -- their first- and second-rounders. The second of the Pack's drafted wide receivers (Matthew Golden), Williams is a big, physical wideout with excellent speed for his size (6-foot-4, 4.48 40-yard dash). He has all the athletic gifts to be a menace in the league, but is raw as a route runner, making him more of a developmental asset at this time. It seems unlikely that he'll immediately compete for snaps, considering the Packers' loaded WR corps -- filled to the brim with viable NFL-caliber wideouts. Still, he's an intriguing prospect tied to one of the league's better quarterbacks. If the 23-year-old can hammer out the finer details, seeing him carve out a role with Green Bay wouldn't be surprising.

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed fifth-round defensive back Mac McWilliams to his four-year rookie contract on Saturday. He's the fifth Eagles rookie to ink their deal, joining quarterback Kyle McCord, tackle Myles Hinton, and linebackers Smael Mondon Jr. and Antwaun Powell-Ryland. The Central Florida alum started 11 games for the team in 2024 and graded out as their best defender. McWilliams recorded 32 tackles (25 solo), with a sack, an INT, and seven tackles for loss. Per assistant general manager Alec Halaby, the 23-year-old possesses the versatility to line up inside or outside, carrying go routes with his athleticism, or stepping up in the run game when needed. "He's a great kid who works extremely hard. We have a lot of belief that he can maximize what he can be," stated Halaby.

The market for a return on Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey in a trade is weaker now that the 2025 NFL draft has passed, but the Dolphins are still expected to move him this offseason. The Dolphins would clear almost $10 million in 2025 salary cap space if Ramsey is a post-June 1 trade. There has been some talk that the Los Angeles Rams would be open to a reunion with the seven-time Pro Bowler, but NFL.com's Nick Shook lists the Baltimore Ravens as potentially being the best fit. Baltimore's secondary appears crowded as of now, and money could be an issue, but they have never shied away from making instant-impact signings at the back end of their defense. Veteran wide receiver Amari Cooper is one of the top free agents still available after the NFL draft last week, and NFL.com's Kevin Patra suggests that reuniting with the Dallas Cowboys could be the best fit for him. The five-time Pro Bowler is coming off the worst year of his career in 2024 with the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills, combining for 44 catches, 547 yards and four touchdowns in 14 total games. He had just 297 yards and two TDs in eight regular-season games with the Bills and averaged just 6.8 yards per catch in three playoff games. The 30-year-old might not be a No. 1 wideout anymore, but he could still have value, and a return to the receiver-needy Cowboys could spark a resurgence. In addition to Dallas, Patra thinks the Arizona Cardinals, New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, Las Vegas Raiders, New York Jets and Bills could be potential landing spots for the former first-rounder.
