Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker (undisclosed) is working off to the side during Tuesday's practice as he deals with a soft-tissue injury. This move is out of an abundance of caution, according to head coach Dave Canales. After going unselected in the 2024 NFL Draft, Coker had a relatively productive rookie season. He secured 32 of his 46 targets for 478 yards and two touchdowns in 11 games. The Holy Cross product was on the fantasy football radar on occasion last season and earned at least five targets in five games. While the team added first-round wideout Tetairoa McMillan in the 2025 NFL Draft, Coker could emerge into a full-time starter if Adam Thielen continues to get banged up in his age-35 season. Either way, he should be left on the waiver wire in traditional leagues since he'll likely start the year behind McMillan, Thielen, and 2024 first-round pick Xavier Legette.

Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble (back) underwent successful back surgery last week, according to head coach Dave Canales. The Notre Dame product is expected to be ready for training camp. Tremble, a third-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, has tallied 85 receptions for 782 yards and nine touchdowns in 61 career games. The 24-year-old is a solid rotational tight end, but he'll likely be sharing time with Ja'Tavion Sanders and Mitchell Evans in 2025. The Panthers' tight end room could be one to watch if quarterback Bryce Young takes a big Year-3 leap, but for now, it's tough to be optimistic about any of these players, and they might not be on the fantasy football radar in regular setups.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. was absent from Day 4 of the team's OTA practices, and Jaguars reporter Carlos Sanchez believes "signs are pointing toward" a potential trade for the former first-round pick out of Clemson. After missing his rookie season with a Lisfranc injury, Etienne racked up consecutive 1,000-yard rushing campaigns in 2022 and 2023. In 2024, he saw his production dip, rushing 150 times for 558 yards and two touchdowns in 15 contests. Tank Bigsby began eating into his workload last year, and now, the team has brought in fourth-round and seventh-round rookie running backs, Bhayshul Tuten (Virginia Tech) and LeQuint Allen (Syracuse). There is a new general manager in Jacksonville and a third head coach since the team selected Etienne, so the two sides could be headed toward a split this offseason. If Etienne is dealt, the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears, and Denver Broncos could be potential suitors that could increase his fantasy football value.

Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts is a no-show on Tuesday for the start of the organized team activities, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Pitts is heading into the fifth-year option season of his rookie deal, so perhaps he's looking for a contract extension despite the fact that he's been a pretty big disappointment to this point after being selected with the fourth overall pick in 2021 out of Florida. There probably aren't a lot of fantasy managers that will want the 24-year-old as their TE1 in 2025 after he posted a 47-602-4 line in 17 games (15 starts) in 2024 in his fourth year in the league. Pitts just hasn't been able to replicate his rookie campaign in which he had 68 receptions for 1,026 yards and one touchdown. Perhaps Pitts comes alive while working with quarterback Michael Penix Jr., but he'll be a low-end TE1, at best, in fantasy drafts this fall.

The Athletic's Chad Graff speculates that New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs (knee) could be reasonably ready to make his 2025 debut in Week 4 in a best-case scenario. When Diggs is fully recovered from the torn ACL he suffered in Week 8 last year with the Houston Texans, he'll be a reliable top target for second-year quarterback Drake Maye. The 31-year-old Diggs probably isn't the All-Pro he was earlier in his career, but he's just two years removed from 1,183 receiving yards with the Buffalo Bills. Graff also discusses the possibility that Diggs deals with nagging effects from his ACL tear and doesn't look like the same receiver at all. Working with Maye makes Diggs intriguing as a bounce-back candidate, but it all hinges on his health and how productive he can be following the serious knee injury. In fantasy, he'll be a pretty big dice roll.

San Francisco 49ers kicker Jake Moody struggled last year after returning from a high-ankle sprain. The former third-rounder changed his approach this offseason from taking three steps before a kick to just two, according to The Athletic's Vic Tafur. Because Moody missed nine of 20 field-goal attempts in the last nine games, forcing the Niners to bring in veteran kicker Greg Joseph to give Moody competition this year. Before getting injured last year, the 25-year-old made 13 of his first 14 field-goal tries before spraining his ankle in a Week 5 loss to the Arizona Cardinals when he tried to make a tackle on a kickoff. He missed the next three games and wasn't the same when he returned. Moody is now fully healthy and likes the way he's kicking the ball this offseason, so he'll be a bounce-back candidate as a starting fantasy kicker in 2025.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Lance Reisland suggests that the Cleveland Browns need rookie third-round tight end Harold Fannin Jr.'s big-play abilities in their offense in 2025. Fannin, who stands at 6-foot-3, 240 pounds, had a whopping 117 catches for 1,555 yards and 10 touchdowns in his final college season in 2024 at Bowling Green. He consistently created separation with elite route-running and reliable hands, but the question is whether Fannin can continue to do that consistently against better competition in the NFL. The 20-year-old has excellent yards-after-the catch skills, which the Browns desperately need, and is a matchup nightmare. There's a lot to like about Fannin's pure skills as a receiving tight end, but he's on the small side for a TE and will need to work on his blocking skills before he has any chance of unseating David Njoku as the team's primary pass-catching tight end.

Atlanta Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said he did not see quarterback Kirk Cousins at voluntary organized team activities on Tuesday. It shouldn't come as a surprise to many after the 36-year-old veteran signal-caller had a disastrous first year in Atlanta in 2024. He didn't play well coming off an Achilles tear the year prior and was eventually benched late in the year for rookie first-rounder Michael Penix Jr. Cousins will enter the 2025 campaign as Penix's backup, but he desperately would prefer to be traded to a team that will give him a chance to start again. Among the teams that could be willing to trade for him include the Browns, Steelers and Vikings, but the Falcons are going to need to facilitate a trade by eating a large portion of his $27.5 million guaranteed salary for 2025, which they so far have not been willing to do.

The Green Bay Packers have proposed a restructured contract to cornerback Jaire Alexander, a source with knowledge of the situation tells The Athletic's Matt Schneidman. It shows the team's interest in retaining the two-time All-Pro defensive back in an offseason in which they've been open to trading him. The 28-year-old wants to remain in Green Bay, but he and his agent have not agreed to the restructure yet. He has two years left on a then-record contract he signed in 2022 for $21 million annually. Alexander has the third-highest salary cap number on the team this year at around $24.6 million. The reason the Packers have been ready to move on is the fact that Alexander has played in 16 of a potential 37 games the last two years due to four different injuries and a one-game suspension. He has not reported for any voluntary offseason workouts but plans to attend mandatory minicamp in early June.

NFL Network' Cameron Wolfe reports that every Buffalo Bills player is present for organized team activities on Tuesday except for running back James Cook, who is seeking a new long-term contract extension. We're still in the voluntary portion of the offseason schedule, so Cook won't be fined, but the 25-year-old wants the team to reward him with an extension as he heads into the final year of his rookie deal. The next change for Cook to show up will be for mandatory minicamp, which runs from June 10-12. It's unclear if Cook plans on holding out into training camp this summer if he doesn't have a new contract by then, but if he reports and is active for Week 1 of the 2025 regular season, he'll be Buffalo's clear RB1 after his second straight 1,000-yard rushing season and a league-high 16 rushing TDs in 2024. Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott told reporters on Tuesday that new edge rusher Joey Bosa (calf) suffered a calf injury late last week and will miss organized team activities this spring. The hope is that he's a full-go for the start of training camp at the end of July. Bosa is no stranger to injuries, so fantasy managers in IDP formats probably aren't surprised by any means. After nine seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers where he picked up 62 sacks, the 29-year-old pass-rusher signed a one-year deal with the Bills in free agency in the offseason. The five-time Pro Bowler and former Defensive Rookie of the Year is one of the better pass-rushers in the league when healthy, but the problem is he always seems to be dealing with injuries. Bosa hasn't played a full season since 2021, which is also the last year he had double-digit sacks. He's off to a bad start in Buffalo.

The Washington Commanders have re-signed free agent defensive tackle Carl Davis, according to an announcement from the team. A third-round pick back in 2015, Davis' career has included stints with the Ravens, Browns, Colts, Jaguars, Patriots, Cowboys, and Commanders. He appeared in three games with Washington last year, amassing just three tackles. He's a physical specimen in the trenches, checking in at 6-foot-5 and 335 pounds. The Cleveland Browns have signed rookie defensive tackle Mason Graham to a four-year, $40.9 million contract, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The deal is fully guaranteed. Cunningham's career previously included stints with the Texans, Titans, Eagles, and Broncos. He was once a standout defender in Houston and even led the NFL in tackles in 2020. Tennessee Titans cornerback L'Jarius Sneed (knee, quad) continues to make progress and should be "ready to go for the fall," according to Jim Wyatt of the team's official website. His rehab workouts have included reps on the grass, and head coach Brian Callahan is reportedly pleased with the cornerback's progress. Acquired from the Kansas City Chiefs last offseason, Sneed was only healthy for five games during his first campaign with the Titans. Along the way, he made 23 tackles but failed to force a turnover.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Will Howard recently gave some thoughts on his new organization. Howard said that the Steelers need a new gritty guy like they had with Ben Roethlisberger. It sounds like Howard wants to be that guy, but it's unclear if he'll get the chance. There has been plenty of speculation throughout the offseason that the Steelers are going to sign Aaron Rodgers. Currently, the Steelers have Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson, and Howard as their quarterback room. They certainly need to add another accomplished quarterback to the mix. Howard has mentioned that he wouldn't mind learning behind Rodgers in Pittsburgh. Sadly, Rodgers is taking an extremely long time to make up his mind on what he wants to do.

When asked when New York Giants rookie first-round quarterback Jaxson Dart will start, SNY's Connor Hughes said the earliest he could see the team turning to Dart as their starter would be in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears. In a perfect world, which would mean veteran Russell Wilson plays well all year, Dart wouldn't be the team's starter until 2026. Week 15 against the division-rival Washington Commanders is likely where the Giants hope they can get to before using Dart in 2025. Head coach Brian Daboll being on the hot seat could make this situation more unpredictable. Daboll could be more inclined to bring Dart in if both Wilson and Jameis Winston aren't getting it done under center in order to try and save his job. If Daboll feels his job is on the line, he could go to Dart before Week 10 to try and show the front office that Dart is indeed the franchise's future signal-caller.

Per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins is "at least" on the Pittsburgh Steelers' "radar" at the moment, even though free-agent QB Aaron Rodgers remains their preferred choice. The Steelers continue to wait for Rodgers to make a decision on whether he wants to play another season in the NFL. Cousins has $37.5 million in guarantees between 2025 and 2026, so the Falcons would need to offset some of that money to facilitate a trade. Fowler said that the feeling around the league is that Atlanta hasn't been willing to budge on that and haven't shown much interest in trying to trade Cousins this offseason. Right now, the Steelers might be the only hope for Cousins getting out of the backup role in Atlanta if something were to fall through between Rodgers and Pittsburgh. If Cousins is traded after June 1, the Falcons would save $27.5 million against the 2025 salary cap.
