Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill missed Miami's Saturday practice due to personal reasons, but multiple outlets have reported that Hill is still expected to suit up for the team's Monday night game against the New York Jets.
That game figures to feature several big names that were in question this week. Jets quarterback Justin Fields (concussion) was cleared to return, while Miami expects to see tight end Darren Waller make his season debut after missing the first three games with a hip injury.
Hill's availability takes on added significance with the wideout being the subject of trade rumors in recent days. One ESPN report suggested that the Pittsburgh Steelers were in negotiations for a possible deal to acquire the veteran speedster.
Hill, 31, saw his production dip in 2024 as he battled a wrist injury his agent revealed in the offseason. The eight-time Pro Bowler caught 81 balls for 959 yards and six touchdowns a year ago.
This season, Hill has 15 receptions for 198 yards and one touchdown.
Starts, Sits, Sleepers: Week 4
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Sterling Shepard has recorded 11 catches for 153 yards on 15 targets so far in 2025. The Buccaneers are expected to get wide receiver Chris Godwin (ankle) back on the field in Week 4, but the team will be without star wideout Mike Evans (hamstring) for multiple weeks. Godwin has not played since Week 7 of 2024 and may be on a limited snap count on Sunday, which could mean Shepard will see the second-most playing time at wide receiver behind rookie Emeka Egbuka. The Bucs have a difficult matchup in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles, who have allowed just 5.9 yards per pass attempt and three passing touchdowns through three games. Shepard is difficult to trust as a fantasy starter. Still, he could be worth rostering in deep leagues until Godwin is fully integrated into the offense and Evans makes his return.

Cincinnati Bengals kicker Evan McPherson hasn't missed this season. However, it's mostly due to a lack of opportunities, with the 26-year-old attempting only three kicks through the first three weeks of the 2025 campaign while draining all seven extra-point attempts. The Bengals offense has struggled so far this season. Many aren't optimistic that things will change on that side of the ball anytime soon, especially with Joe Burrow (foot) out for the foreseeable future. Until McPherson starts getting more chances to produce, he's not worth starting in all fantasy formats, including in Week 4 versus the Denver Broncos.

Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said tight end Darren Waller "looks firmly ready to contribute," according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The veteran tight end came out of retirement to sign with Miami, which has treaded cautiously with him prior to making his team debut. Waller, now 33, hasn't played a game in two years after sitting out all of 2024, but looks set to play Monday against the New York Jets. On a Miami offense that has looked lost for most of this year, Waller has an opportunity for targets right away, but his biggest value will likely be in deeper leagues that start two tight ends.

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Drew Sample has only three catches this season, with one resulting in a trip to the end zone. The 29-year-old has logged more snaps than Mike Gesicki and Noah Fant (foot) through the first three weeks of the 2025 campaign. However, both have received more attention from quarterbacks Joe Burrow (toe) and Jake Browning. The Bengals offense is a mess, which has been a surprise to most. As a result, it's hard to trust anyone on that side of the ball. Granted, Sample should continue to lead the position in snaps, especially with his abilities as a blocker. Still, while he will likely add a few more scores to his resume before the end of the season, he's not consistent enough to be considered a starting fantasy option in any format in Week 4 versus the Broncos.

Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson is likely headed for a role as the team's kick returner, according to Zac Jackson of The Athletic. The Browns rookie running back has seen his amount of offensive snaps decline each week after being a popular waiver-wire addition thanks to a whopping eight catches in Week 1. Since, he has only eight yards rushing and did not get a target in Week 3. Now that fellow rookie Quinshon Judkins is in the lineup, Sampson seems firmly in third in the pecking order behind Judkins and Jerome Ford. He's not a recommended starter in any format in Week 4 against Detroit.

The Houston Texans are expecting clarity on running back Joe Mixon (foot/ankle) by mid-October, reports Dianna Russini of the Athletic. The veteran back hasn't seen the field at all in 2025 and remains on the Non-Football Injury list. Houston, meanwhile, signed running back Nick Chubb and drafted Woody Marks to man the backfield for the time being. Whether Mixon returns this year has been an open question for Houston, which is 0-3 and in need of all the offensive help it can get. If he returns, Mixon would be back for fantasy playoffs, but it seems like Houston's backfield will be a platoon even if he's healthy.

Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard (calf) is expected to play Sunday against the New England Patriots, per David Newton of ESPN. Carolina's top back is officially listed as questionable, but it looks as if he'll be able to suit up come game time. Hubbard has been a solid fantasy performer despite playing on a struggling offense, ranking as the No. 12 overall running back in PPR formats. He's a solid RB2/Flex play against a so-so Patriots defense this week.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins struggled through the first three weeks. The wideout has been targeted 14 times, catching seven passes for 104 yards and a touchdown. To be fair, the entire offense hasn't looked the best. He's also at least stayed healthy, which is a plus. However, Higgins' lack of production has certainly been disappointing for fantasy managers. With the Bengals coming off an ugly 48-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3, the team will look to get it together on Monday night versus the Broncos. Without question, Higgins has plenty of talent. Unfortunately, until the offense can get on track, Higgins will be hard to trust. Despite the obvious upside, he's a risky fantasy option in any format in Week 4.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Browning will look to get the team back on track with a win over the Broncos on Monday night. With Joe Burrow (toe) out of the equation, Browning has gotten some action in the last two weeks. Unfortunately, the 29-year-old hasn't played well, combining for 381 yards, three touchdowns, and five interceptions off 40-for-59 passing. Granted, the offense wasn't operating the best even with Burrow under center. Still, Browning is hard to trust in Week 4 and beyond, and that won't change anytime soon until the offense can get on the same page. Keep the signal-caller out of all fantasy lineups.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase was the No. 1 fantasy option for most entering the 2025 campaign. The former LSU Tiger is coming off a quality season, amassing 127 catches (175 targets) for 1,708 yards and 17 touchdowns. Unfortunately, things didn't go well through the first three weeks. Granted, Chase had 14 receptions for 165 yards and a touchdown in the Week 2 win over the Jaguars. However, he combined for seven grabs for 76 yards in Weeks 1 and 3. Joe Burrow (toe) won't be back on the field anytime soon, meaning the offense will operate with Jake Browning under center, at least for now. With that said, there's not a scenario where Chase shouldn't be starting in any fantasy format, although managers may continue to be disappointed until the offense can turn things around. In all fairness, he can't take all of the blame for his unproductive year so far. Still, this is the situation fantasy managers are faced with at the moment, so he's tough to trust in Week 4 versus the Denver Broncos.
From RotoBaller
Carolina Panthers rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan (calf) is "good to go" for his team's Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. McMillan was limited all week in practice due to a calf injury and is officially listed as questionable on the injury report, but it appears he'll be able to suit up on Sunday. The Patriots are getting top cornerback Christian Gonzalez (hamstring) back from a hamstring injury, which could make life more difficult for McMillan. Still, McMillan has established himself as the top option for Panthers quarterback Bryce Young by recording 14 catches for 216 yards on 27 targets through his first three games of 2025. The 22-year-old rookie is a must-start fantasy wide receiver in Week 4 against New England.
From RotoBaller
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert has recorded six catches for 40 yards on 12 targets through three games this season. He should be in line for an increase in targets with star Cowboys wideout CeeDee Lamb (ankle) currently sidelined by a high ankle sprain. However, Tolbert will face a difficult matchup in Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay's defense has allowed the sixth-fewest passing yards (567) and fifth-fewest passing touchdowns (three) through the first three weeks of 2025. Tolbert could be the number two wide receiver in Dallas alongside George Pickens, but he'll likely be the number three target-earner at best behind Pickens and tight end Jake Ferguson. Tolbert could be a desperation flex option in deep leagues, but should be avoided by fantasy managers where possible in Week 4.

Chicago Bears kicker Cairo Santos has had a quiet start to his 17th NFL season, making just two field goals and adding 10 extra points through three games. He currently ranks 29th in fantasy points among kickers, despite Chicago's offense performing well. Head coach Ben Johnson's aggressive approach (going for four fourth downs in field-goal range in the first three games) has limited Santos' opportunities. Week 4 brings a potential high-scoring matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, which could lead to more attempts. Still, his lack of production early in 2025 makes him unstartable in most fantasy formats this week.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (personal) was not at practice on Saturday, but is expected to play in his team's Week matchup against the New York Jets on Monday night, according to Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post. Hill has recorded 15 catches for 198 yards and a touchdown on 23 targets through his first three games of 2025. If Hill were to miss Week 4, Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle and running back De'Von Achane would likely see an uptick in targets. Assuming Hill is able to suit up, he profiles as a solid fantasy WR2 in Week 4 against the Jets.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Noah Fant (concussion) has been ruled out for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos on Monday night. Fant has recorded 12 catches for 80 yards and a touchdown on 14 targets through his first three games of 2025. In his absence, Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki could see a larger role in the passing game. Gesicki has logged five catches for 38 yards on 10 targets so far this season. The 29-year-old will still likely split snaps with fellow Bengals tight ends Drew Sample and Tanner Hudson, and Gesicki will remain behind star wideouts Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins in the target pecking order in Cincinnati. All Bengals tight ends should be avoided by fantasy managers in Week 4.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown is coming off a quality year. Unfortunately, that success didn't follow him into the 2025 campaign. Through the first three weeks, the 25-year-old has 47 attempts. However, he's only amassed 93 yards for a miserable 2.0 yards per carry. With that said, Brown can't necessarily take all of the blame for his inefficiency, considering the entire offense has struggled. That was even the case when Joe Burrow (toe) was on the field. The Bengals suffered a blowout loss to the Vikings in Week 3 after starting the season with a 2-0 record, so the club will look to get on track versus the Denver Broncos on Monday night. Without question, Brown has plenty of upside for managers in any format. Still, until things on the offensive side of the ball are sorted out, Brown's presence in fantasy lineups in Week 4 (and beyond) is not without risk.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III played his usual role in Week 3, lining up on 70 percent of the snaps and tallying two catches on five targets for 20 yards and no touchdowns. Week 4 should bring more of the same, but ranking fifth on the team in target share with 11.5 percentis a big drop from 2024's 16.1 percent, and with one touchdown all last season, there's littlechance of the 28-year-old finding the end zone. The Washington Commanders, Atlanta's opponent this week, have been much more vulnerable through the air than on the ground in 2025, but that does little to change the outlook for McCloud on Sunday. The seventh-year pro should be avoided where possible, even in PPR formats.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet could see an expanded role in Week 4. He scored a touchdown on his lone target in Week 3, bringing his season totals to four receptions for 70 yards and one touchdown through three games. With rookie Colston Loveland (hip) listed as questionable, Kmet may see more targets and opportunities against the Las Vegas Raiders, who have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points to tight ends this season. If Loveland plays, Kmet remains unstartable in fantasy. However, if Loveland sits, Kmet projects as a high-end TE2 for Week 4.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is currently sitting in WR3 territory through three weeks of the season in half-PPR formats. He produced two solid weeks in the first two games after hauling in touchdowns both times. He's only averaged two targets per game, however, and his role isn't going to increase if Isaiah Likely (foot) returns in Week 4. There could be some added motivation to get him the ball against his former team in the Kansas City Chiefs, but Hopkins remains a touchdown-dependent fantasy option. He's projected to finish as the WR75, which means he's a very risky flex option in deeper leagues this week.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (shoulder) has been cleared for Week 4 and will be active on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. Worthy dislocated his shoulder early in Week 1 and has missed Kansas City's last two games as a result. With Chiefs wideout Rashee Rice still sidelined by a suspension, Worthy should be the number one option for quarterback Patrick Mahomes upon his return. The speedy 22-year-old recorded 59 catches for 638 yards and six touchdowns across 17 games as a rookie in 2024. The Ravens' defense has struggled to contain explosive plays so far in 2025, allowing the fourth-most pass plays of 20 or more yards (12) through the first three weeks of the season. As long as Worthy's shoulder holds up, he should have a few chances to make plays down the field on Sunday. Worthy profiles as a high-end fantasy WR3/flex option in Week 4.
