I found information on draft order in the Official Rules and Regulations. It can be found by selecting league, rules, then select the link for the official rules. Scroll down to the Rookie Draft section.
“The dynasty draft order will be determined by the previous year's regular season total points finish and consolation bracket. For the 2025 season and beyond, draft picks one (1) through six (6) will be determined via consolation bracket finish position of the six teams failing to make the previous year's championship playoffs. Draft picks 7 through 12 will be determined by reverse order of finish of the 6 playoff teams based on the previous year's final regular season points standings.”
There is more information if you scroll down to the Playoffs section. The two losers of the first week consolation bracket; the higher scoring losing team will draft 5th and the lower scoring 6th.
