Contact rtsports support. From home page scroll all the way to bottom says email us. Used it many times usually get back fairly quickly. There is also telephone number but never tried that. I had some issues moving lineups around last weekend also but in different league was able to switch Dowdle out of lineup Sunday night.

Tried to switch Dowdle last night after they announced he would be out he out. It was before kickoff but our lineup was locked. Both my grandson and myself made attempts but to no avail. Why did this happen?
We have time stamped text between us verifying this.
