Yes it would have to be installed by RTS so probably couldn't happen this year.In my opinion it could create more strategy and even lead to more trades.

If we had a taxi squad we would be able to keep a few rookies there instead of drafting them and cutting them a week later.Taxi squad players wouldn't count towards our 20 player active roster.
