Not everything has to be a conspiracy or shady or someone trying to get an edge. Leagues without integrity don't last as long as this one has. It's not ideal that the constraints are there but the trade seems completely reasonable to me.

Trades lock at 12:45 on Sundays the intial trade of Saint Brown and Herbert for Irving and SMITH was approved. The clunkiness of the website will not allow a player that has already played to be traded. The trade itself is fair and both teams agreed to the way that the trade has to happen. They are both aware that if Gino SMITH or I’m on raw or Bucky Irving gets hurt today, the trade is done no matter what.
