Jordan Addison Nov 23 4:10pm ET
    Jordan Addison

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison did not record a catch and saw only one target as the Vikings lost 23-6 on Sunday at Green Bay. The Minnesota offense reached a new low on Sunday by running only 44 plays for 145 yards, which included a brutal four total yards in the entire second half. Quarterback J.J. McCarthy completed 12 passes for 89 yards and threw two more interceptions without a touchdown. Addison was never a factor as Minnesota attempted to control the game on the ground, but fell behind and saw the Green Bay pass rush overwhelm the offensive line for five sacks. Managers have now seen a month straight of little performance from Addison, whose Vikings are at Seattle next week.

Tee Higgins Nov 23 4:10pm ET
    Tee Higgins

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 12 contest against the New England Patriots. Higgins exited in the fourth quarter after his head hit the turf while attempting to catch a pass. He was taken to the locker room for evaluation and quickly ruled out. The 26-year-old finishes the game with six targets, five catches, and 31 receiving yards. Cincinnati finds itself very short-staffed on offense with Joe Burrow (foot) on IR, Ja'Marr Chase suspended, Tahj Brooks (concussion) ruled out, and now Higgins sidelined. Andrei Iosivas, Mitch Tinsley, and Charlie Jones will operate as the top wide receivers in Joe Flacco's offense for the remainder of Week 12.

Ashton Dulin Nov 23 4:10pm ET
    Ashton Dulin

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Ashton Dulin (hamstring) exited during the second half of Sunday's Week 12 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is officially listed as questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had one catch for 48 yards, as well as a 40-yard kick return. The 28-year-old hasn't carved out a consistent workload on offense this season, but he had certainly been making an impact in his limited opportunities on Sunday. Anthony Gould will earn more snaps as the Colts' No. 4 receiver with Dulin sidelined, and he'll likely step up as a returner on special teams, too.

    J.J. McCarthy Nov 23 4:00pm ET
    J.J. McCarthy

Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy failed to reach 100 yards passing and threw his ninth and 10th interceptions of the season in a humbling loss on Sunday at Green Bay. In total, the second-year quarterback finished 12-for-19 for 87 yards with no touchdowns, and rushed for 10 yards on two carries. The Packers sacked McCarthy five times as the Vikings gained four total yards in the second half. It was the third consecutive rough outing for McCarthy, who is getting his first extended look as a starter. The Vikings attempted to control the game on the ground, but ran just 44 plays and gained 145 total yards. Fantasy managers in Superflex leagues will want to tread cautiously with McCarthy next week at Seattle.

Jaydon Blue Nov 23 3:50pm ET
    Jaydon Blue

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert (coach's decision) and running back Jaydon Blue (coach's decision) are healthy scratches for Sunday's Week 12 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles. Both players will be inactive. Tolbert had not previously missed a game this season, but his demotion is not necessarily a surprise, given that his snap share has been below 20% in each of the Cowboys' last three games. He has just 14 catches for 172 yards and one touchdown on offense, plus five kick returns on special teams. Ryan Flournoy and KaVontae Turpin should earn more opportunities in his absence. Meanwhile, Blue has been active for just four games during his rookie campaign, averaging 2.95 yards per carry. Dallas is carrying just two running backs (Javonte Williams and Malik Davis) into Sunday's game, as well as fullback Hunter Luepke.

Kalif Raymond Nov 23 3:50pm ET
    Kalif Raymond

Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond (ankle) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 12 contest against the New York Giants. Raymond initially exited in the third quarter and was listed as questionable before being downgraded to out. At the time of his departure, he had caught each of his two targets for a total of 37 receiving yards. He also broke off a 44-yard kick return. Isaac TeSlaa will likely step up as the Lions' No. 3 receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams. The Lions return to action against the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving, so Raymond will have just four days to get healthy before his next game.

    From RotoBaller

Tahj Brooks Nov 23 3:20pm ET
    Tahj Brooks

Cincinnati Bengals running back Tahj Brooks (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 12 contest against the New England Patriots. He was initially listed as questionable while being evaluated, but shortly after, the team downgraded him to out. Brooks finishes Week 12 with five rushing yards on two carries, as well as one uncaught target. On special teams, his lone return went for 20 yards. With Samaje Perine (ankle) sidelined, Gary Brightwell will take over as the No. 2 running back behind Chase Brown for the rest of Sunday's game.

Brenton Strange Nov 23 3:10pm ET
    Brenton Strange

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange (hip) is officially active for his team's Week 12 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. Strange has been on Injured Reserve since Week 5 due to a hip injury. Across five games before getting hurt, the 24-year-old recorded 20 catches for 204 yards on 24 targets. With wide receivers Travis Hunter (knee) on Injured Reserve and Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) sidelined in Week 12 by an ankle injury, Strange has a chance to emerge as one of the lead pass-catching options for Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Still, Jacksonville could choose to bring him along slowly in his first game back from injury against the Cardinals. Fantasy managers may want to proceed with caution with Strange in Week 12, but he's a name to monitor on the waiver wire for the stretch run of the fantasy season.

    From RotoBaller

Alvin Kamara Nov 23 3:10pm ET
    Alvin Kamara

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's Week 12 contest against the Atlanta Falcons. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity. After a quiet stretch near the middle of the season, Kamara bounced back with a huge impact in his most recent game, tallying 83 rushing yards on 22 carries, plus an additional three catches for 32 receiving yards. We're still seeing flashes of Kamara being a versatile threat out of the backfield, operating as both a talented pure rusher and a valuable checkdown or short outlet for rookie quarterback Tyler Shough. Coming off his bye, Kamara ranks as a fringe top-24 fantasy running back against Atlanta, especially in PPR leagues. We could see him occasionally be spelled by rookie Devin Neal, who had seven touches on a 35% snap share in his last game. Still, Kamara remains the undisputed primary running back in New Orleans.

Tahj Brooks Nov 23 3:10pm ET
    Tahj Brooks

Cincinnati Bengals running back Tahj Brooks (head) exited during the third quarter of Sunday's Week 12 contest against the New England Patriots to be evaluated for a concussion. According to an announcement from the team, he is officially listed as questionable to return. It's possible that he suffered the injury while returning the Patriots' kick at the start of the second half. At the time of his departure, Brooks had five rushing yards on two carries, as well as one uncaught target. On special teams, his lone return went for 20 yards. With Samaje Perine (ankle) sidelined, Gary Brightwell will take over as the No. 2 running back behind Chase Brown until Brooks can return.

Keisean Nixon Nov 23 2:50pm ET
    Keisean Nixon

Green Bay Packers cornerback Keisean Nixon (stinger) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 12 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings due to a stinger. The 28-year-old recorded two solo tackles before being forced to exit the game. Losing Nixon is another blow for a Packers secondary that came into the game already without cornerback Nate Hobbs (knee). Without Nixon, Kamal Hadden, and possibly even converted wide receiver Bo Melton, will likely be forced into action at cornerback for Green Bay. Injuries in the Packers' secondary may be just what Vikings wide receivers Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison need to get going in Week 12.

    From RotoBaller

George Holani Nov 23 2:40pm ET
    George Holani

Seattle Seahawks running back George Holani (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 12 matchup against the Tennessee Titans due to a hamstring injury. The 25-year-old did not record a carry or earn a target before exiting the game. Holani plays the RB3 role in Seattle behind Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet. Without Holani, Walker III and Charbonnet will now handle all of the Seahawks' backfield work for the remainder of Week 12. More information on the severity of Holani's injury should come following the game.

    D.K. Metcalf Nov 23 2:30pm ET
    D.K. Metcalf

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (ankle) has returned to his team's Week 12 matchup against the Chicago Bears after briefly exiting the game due to an ankle injury. Metcalf limped off the field and was checked out in the medical tent, but was ultimately cleared to return to the field. Metcalf may not be at 100% for the remainder of Week 12, but Steelers fans and fantasy managers can breathe a sigh of relief that he avoided a major injury. Now that he's back in the lineup, the 27-year-old should continue to be the top target for Steelers backup quarterback Mason Rudolph in Week 12 against Chicago. Metcalf scored a touchdown in the first half before tweaking his ankle.

    D.K. Metcalf Nov 23 2:10pm ET
    D.K. Metcalf

The Pittsburgh Steelers said that wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. The first-year Steeler limped off the field during the second quarter and is now up in the air to come back. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, Metcalf looked to be breaking his recent slump before the injury. At the time of Metcalf's exit, he had caught two of three targets for nine yards, and also rushed twice for 12 yards and a touchdown. Pittsburgh leans heavily on tight ends and running backs in the passing game, but will turn to receivers Calvin Austin III and Ben Skowronek if Metcalf can't return.

Drake London Nov 23 1:30pm ET
    Drake London

The Atlanta Falcons could opt to be cautious with wide receiver Drake London (knee) in the weeks to come, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. The former USC star is dealing with a PCL injury, which Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said would keep London on a week-to-week basis. If the Falcons lose to New Orleans on Sunday, however, Pelissero noted that Atlanta will be all but eliminated from making the playoffs, which could cause the team to take London's return very slowly. Atlanta's odds are already low as they turn to backup Kirk Cousins, who is replacing starter Michael Penix Jr. (knee) following a season-ending injury. Managers who roster London may have to devise a Plan B if the receiver is going to be absent in the fantasy playoffs.

Jordan Love Nov 23 1:20pm ET
    Jordan Love

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (shoulder) is playing through a sprained AC joint injury, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Luckily for Love and the Packers, the injury is to his left (non-throwing) shoulder. Had the injury been to Love's right shoulder, Rapoport noted that the quarterback would not have been able to play, but he was able to practice fully this week and is active in Week 12 versus the division-rival Minnesota Vikings. Nonetheless, the injury isn't exactly pleasant, so it will be worth watching to see how Love performs. Fantasy managers counting on Love should keep an eye on how he plays through the pain against Minnesota.

Brian Thomas Jr. Nov 23 1:00pm ET
    Brian Thomas Jr.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) is missing a third straight game in Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals due to a high-ankle sprain, but NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that Thomas is getting close and is likely to return next week to face the division-rival Tennessee Titans. The 23-year-old practiced in a limited fashion all week, but the Jags are playing it safe and will hold the former first-rounder out again this weekend in Arizona. It's been a disappointing sophomore season for Thomas after he impressed with an 87-1,282-10 line in 17 games in his rookie campaign in 2024. Thomas has just 30 catches for 420 yards and one touchdown in eight games in 2025, but he should return to a key role in the passing attack when he's healthy, with first-round rookie Travis Hunter (knee) done for the year.

Jonathan Greenard Nov 23 12:40pm ET
    Jonathan Greenard

Minnesota Vikings edge rusher Jonathan Greenard (shoulder) is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 12 contest against the Green Bay Packers. He had been listed as questionable after logging a pair of limited practice sessions. The 28-year-old Florida product will ultimately miss his second consecutive game, leaving a large void within Minnesota's defensive front. After all, he had 31 tackles, two sacks, and one forced fumble through his first nine contests this year. Dallas Turner is expected to earn the start in Greenard's absence. Turner was a productive fill-in last week, amassing seven tackles and one sack.

    From RotoBaller

Brian Burns Nov 23 12:40pm ET
    Brian Burns

Detroit Lions right tackle Penei Sewell (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's Week 12 contest against the New York Giants. He had been listed as questionable after logging back-to-back limited practices. The 25-year-old will suit up for his 11th game of the 2025 season, providing key protection to Jared Goff, Jahmyr Gibbs, and David Montgomery. Sewell has allowed zero sacks this season, so his presence is quite important as the Lions look to slow down a Giants pass rush headlined by Brian Burns, who has 13 sacks.

    From RotoBaller

Isaac TeSlaa Nov 23 12:20pm ET
    Isaac TeSlaa

Detroit Lions wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa (oblique) is officially active for Sunday's Week 12 contest against the New York Giants. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity. The rookie has merely occupied a depth role in his first pro season, catching four of his eight targets for 65 yards and two touchdowns through 10 games. Not only has TeSlaa been operating behind standout receivers Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams, but he's also been far less involved than Kalif Raymond. As long as those three pass catchers remain healthy, TeSlaa can be avoided in fantasy football. He should be stashed in dynasty leagues and left on waivers in redraft formats.
