Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard remains the primary ball-carrier on his team, but he's still tough to trust heading into Week 12 against the Seattle Seahawks. He's averaging just 3.7 yards per carry over his last five games and faces off against a Seattle run defense allowing the third-fewest rushing yards to opposing running backs in 2025. To make matters worse, Pollard has started to see his workload decline with Tyjae Spears back in action, tallying 11 or fewer carries in each of his last five contests. If Pollard came into this tough matchup with greater efficiency or a larger workload, managers could still feel comfortable deploying him in lineups. Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Flacco (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday and doesn't carry an injury designation for the Week 12 meeting with New England. He has been dealing with this injury for at least a few weeks but has played through it, so few were worried about his availability. Instead, the bigger concern is the one-week suspension of Ja'Marr Chase, leaving the veteran signal-caller without his top receiving option for Sunday's contest. With Joe Burrow (toe) out for at least one more week, Flacco may be making his final start of the 2025 campaign. To his credit, he's played well during his time with the Bengals, throwing for 1,453 yards, 12 touchdowns, and three interceptions while completing 63.4% of his attempts. He struggled in the recent loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Sunday's game versus a potent Pats defense might be one of his toughest challenges of the season, especially without Chase in the mix. However, several quarterbacks are already ruled out due to injury (there could be more), and others like Justin Herbert and Bo Nix are off on a bye, so a bigger argument can be made for Flacco to remain starting in all fantasy formats. He'll still have Tee Higgins, who has scored at least one touchdown in five of his last six appearances. Andrei Iosivas has also proven to be reliable (at times) when given an expanded role, and Chase Brown's pass-catching prowess should help even more. Granted, not having Chase isn't an ideal scenario, but Flacco still has an excellent chance of staying competitive with Higgins, Brown, and Iosivas as his primary targets in Week 12.

New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal logged four carries for 22 yards and reeled in all three of his targets for nine yards in the Week 10 victory against the Panthers. Over his last two games, Neal has recorded seven rushes for 33 yards along with four receptions for 10 yards. Despite his low usage while backing up Alvin Kamara, Neal averages 4.3 yards per carry, which leads all running backs on the Saints. His role could increase this week, as Kamara is listed as questionable with an ankle injury for the third straight game. While Kamara has yet to miss a game, if he's forced to sit this one out, Neal will have RB2 upside against a Falcons defense allowing 138.5 rushing yards per game, 28th in the league.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cameron Ward has struggled throughout his rookie season, ranking as the overall QB30 in fantasy football so far. He has completed just 58.4% of his passes with six touchdowns and 12 turnovers. Furthermore, the No. 1 pick hasn't finished higher than QB17 in any game this season. Some of the blame can be placed on Ward, but some can also be placed on a lack of weapons around him. Calvin Ridley (leg) is done for the year, leaving him with a wide receiver room led by Chimere Dike and Elic Ayomanor. Both receivers have shown promise, but they're still low-draft-capital rookies who are in the midst of an adjustment period. Tennessee's offense is rounded out by Tony Pollard, Tyjae Spears, and Chig Okonkwo, who have also been mediocre at best this year. To make matters worse, Ward will take on a very strong Seattle Seahawks pass defense in Week 12. Seattle has allowed the sixth-fewest passing yards per game since Week 7, and its nine interceptions rank eighth-most among defenses this season. Ward should have another rough outing against an imposing Seahawks defense, leaving him ranked as the overall QB27 in this week's RotoBaller fantasy rankings.

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely has yet to post a breakthrough performance and hasn't found the end zone yet this season. That's a big difference from his six touchdowns and four double-digit fantasy point finishes from last year. Likely has also been dealing with some nagging injuries for most of the year, which could be playing a part in everything. The New York Jets are 15th against opposing tight ends this season, and have only given up one touchdown and 160 yards to the position over the last four weeks. While Likely should see an extra target or two with Rashod Bateman (ankle) sidelined, it doesn't seem like a prime time for a breakout performance. He's currently projected as a low-end TE2, leaving him outside of the fantasy radar in most leagues.

New York Giants tight end Theo Johnson has emerged as a top-12 option in fantasy scoring this season, benefiting from the emergence of quarterback Jaxson Dart. However, even with Dart sidelined due to a concussion last weekend, Johnson was able to stay relevant with three catches for 36 yards while commanding targets from Jameis Winston. Dart has been ruled out for Week 12 against the Detroit Lions, leaving Winston in line to start a second consecutive game. While Johnson's ceiling is highest with Dart on the field, he should continue to produce in an offense led by Winston, who is known for airing out the ball with his gunslinger mentality. Baltimore Ravens running back Keaton Mitchell has been seeing more and more playing time as the season has progressed. He started off as a healthy scratch and then saw a season-high 26% of the offensive snaps in Week 11. This was with Justice Hill sidelined, however, and he has been officially cleared to return against the New York Jets in Week 12. The Jets are ranked 27th against opposing backfields over the last four weeks, but Mitchell has only seen 18% of the snaps, at the most, with Hill incorporated. That leaves Mitchell as no more than a dart throw in deeper leagues, otherwise he's better as a stash option that may get some more playing time down the road.

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews has been back to his old ways, finding the end zone and registering TE1 finishes in three straight weeks. Week 11, he actually scored on a 35-yard run out of a fake tush push which gave the Ravens the lead and eventually the win. In those last three weeks, Andrews has totalled 13 targets, eight catches, 68 receiving yards, three receiving touchdowns, and three carries for 39 yards and one score on the ground. In Week 12, he takes on the New York Jets, who have been around the middle of the pack in terms of defending opposing tight ends. They've allowed seven total touchdowns to the position, and give up 13.88 fantasy points per game. Andrews should remain heavily involved, especially with Rashod Bateman (ankle) ruled out, which gives him the boost to TE1 value.

New York Giants wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins led the team in receiving yards last week, but he could be relegated to a depth role during this Sunday's Week 12 matchup against the Detroit Lions. Hodgins' increased volume last week was a result of Darius Slayton (hamstring) being sidelined, but now that Slayton is back, he'll likely drop to third or lower in the pecking order. If Hodgins defies expectation and puts together another good game, he could get onto the fantasy radar for Week 13. New York Jets running back Isaiah Davis shouldn't be considered for fantasy when his team squares off with the hosting Baltimore Ravens this Sunday. Preceding New York's bye in Week 9, Davis looked to be garnering a bit more of the backfield touch share as they picked up their first win of the campaign in a shootout with Cincinnati. However, instead of a steady increase in workload, the second-year pro has accrued just six total touches and 22 scrimmage yards in the two ensuing games. Meanwhile, teammate Breece Hall took over as the Jets' unquestioned lead rusher, pushing Davis down under 20 snaps (14, 16) for the first time since back in Week 6. With a minimal role in an underachieving New York scheme, the 23-year-old can be safely avoided in shallow leagues. He comes in at the PPR RB44 in RotoBaller's Week 12 ranks.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers has been one of the most consistent 10-to-12 fantasy point finishers in the NFL this year. That could be either good or bad depending on roster makeups and depth of league, but he's registered six finishes in that range for half-PPR formats. While the New York Jets are only 2-8 this season, they aren't the easiest matchup against opposing receiver groups. They're ranked 13th on the season, but they dipped to 23rd in the last four weeks and have given up a total of 37 receptions for 429 yards and two touchdowns. Flowers should see the same volume that he's received this season, but he's on a nine-game scoreless streak at the moment. That leaves him as a mid-level WR2 projection yet again.

New York Jets wide receiver John Metchie III will try to build off Week 11's performance in Sunday's clash with the hosting Baltimore Ravens. The Taiwan native made his second appearance with New York in last Thursday's loss to New England, leading the team in receiving yards (45), while pulling in 3-of-3 targets and his first touchdown of the campaign. Notably, Metchie III played the most snaps of all Jets' wideouts (82%) and lined up all over the formation. Things will be a bit different in Week 12, considering head coach Aaron Glenn has officially made the switch to veteran signal-caller Tyrod Taylor in lieu of an inefficient Justin Fields. Only time will tell if that turns out to be an upgrade, but either way, Metchie III should get solid opportunity, as he and new teammate Adonai Mitchell form a sort of 1A/1B tandem in the wake of Garrett Wilson's (knee) injury. New York Jets tight end Mason Taylor isn't a favorable fantasy start for his outing against an improved Baltimore Ravens' defense. The LSU product had a three-game stretch earlier in the season in which he racked up an 18/150 line across 25 targets, although he's only commanded more than four once in the five games since. Furthermore, he's yet to top 34 yards in any of them, and has done so just twice in ten games. The change to Tyrod Taylor could breathe a breath of fresh air into a stagnant Jets' offense, but Baltimore has been stingy of late, and unkind to tight ends on the season as a whole - yielding the ninth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position (11.7). The rookie is still a nice long-term bet and a strong dynasty stash. However, his outlook in redraft leagues isn't as rosy. Taylor ranks as RotoBaller's PPR TE21 ahead of his outing with Baltimore.

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) will operate as the team's No. 2 option alongside Wan'Dale Robinson after being removed from the injury report ahead of Week 12 against the Detroit Lions. Slayton returns from a one-game absence, and he'll be catching passes from his third different quarterback of the season as Jameis Winston fills in for Jaxson Dart (concussion). While Dart elevated Slayton's productivity, the receiver should have similar upside with Winston under center. The veteran quarterback is a gunslinger who is not afraid to air the ball out, racking up completions and yardage. Slayton had nine catches for 151 yards over his previous two games, and he should build on that momentum as a low-end WR3/flex against a Lions defense allowing the 11th-most fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025.

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry found the end zone last week after going without a touchdown in the two weeks prior. It was also a huge bounce back from the first time he went up against the Cleveland Browns and only registered two fantasy points. In Week 12, he goes up against the New York Jets defense that lost one of their best run-stoppers at the trade deadline. Overall, this season, the Jets are ranked 19th against running backs, but they're 27th over the last four weeks with an average of 28.97 fantasy points allowed per game. That gives Henry RB1 value again heading into this matchup.

New York Jets wide receiver Adonai Mitchell will get another opportunity to garner an increased piece of his team's passing pie in Week 12's road outing with the Baltimore Ravens. Mitchell made his Jets' debut in last Thursday's loss to the Patriots. Despite commanding the most targets on New York's roster (six), he came away with just one catch and ten yards. Not all of that was the ex-Indianapolis Colt's fault, but he didn't help his case with a few brutal drops. With teammate Garrett Wilson (knee) out for the foreseeable future, it's the least tenured Jets' pass-catchers, Mitchell and John Metchie III, with the highest probability of emerging from the pack in his absence. For what it's worth, the latter played on more snaps in Week 11, though it's possible that fluctuates as they spend more time with the organization. New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry is gearing up for an exceptionally favorable matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12. The veteran caught four of his six targets for 45 yards last week and is one of Drake Maye's favorite targets, establishing himself as a fringe top-12 tight end in fantasy football this year. He should build on his value this week with arguably the highest ceiling he's had all year long. Cincinnati has the league's worst defense against tight ends, and it's not particularly close. They have allowed the most receiving yards, the most touchdowns, and the most fantasy points to tight ends in 2025. The gap in fantasy points allowed by the Bengals and the second-worst defense against tight ends is actually greater than the gap between the second-worst defense and the league median. Meanwhile, Cincy's 12 touchdowns allowed to tight ends are five more than the next-highest. Time and time again, tight ends have feasted against the Bengals. Now, Henry will have a terrific opportunity to benefit from a matchup against this susceptible defense. He ranks as the overall TE7 in this week's RotoBaller fantasy rankings.

New York Jets running back Breece Hall will retain his workhorse role this Sunday in the team's road outing with the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. Hall has been up and down in 2025 as a part of an inconsistent Jets' attack. The volume has been there, though, and he's relegated backfield mate Isaiah Davis to a strictly handcuff role over New York's previous two outings while boasting a 70% snap share or greater. Sunday's meeting with the Ravens presents as an intriguing one, considering the unit was a better matchup for opposing offenses earlier in the campaign, but they've clamped down in recent weeks. There's some hope that the Jets' offense shows a little life with the changeover to Tyrod Taylor at quarterback. New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins has been a pleasant surprise lately, catching 19 passes for 268 yards over his last four games. He ranks as the WR23 in PPR leagues during that span, but a portion of his contributions came with Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) sidelined. Boutte returns to action this Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12, raising questions about Hollins' expected role. Fortunately, the veteran receiver was able to carve out a consistent role even before Boutte suffered his injury. In his final game before Boutte got hurt, Hollins played 72% of the snaps with seven catches for 89 yards. For comparison, last weekend, the 32-year-old had an 85% snap share with four catches and 64 yards. Even if Hollins' snap share drops a few percentage points with Boutte back, he should still maintain a sizable role in New England's offense. Managers should be wary of the fact that Cincinnati has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to receivers playing out wide this season, but Hollins still has upside given his possession skills, as well as his occasional reps in the slot (21.2% rate). He ranks as RotoBaller's WR45 this week and could be a decent flex play.
