The system is also a little messed up right now, so please do not try to transact until after waivers tommorrow. My mistake, I'm doing my best to fix it.
Coaches,
There has been a mistake regarding the waiver wire. From the previous season, waivers were moved to Tuesday due to the final game occurring over the Christmas holiday. As the commissioner, I failed to move the waiver wire back to Wednesday which is the correct waiver date. Waivers occurred tonight and only 4 teams participated due to my mistake. As a fix, I have chosen to place the waiver players back into the pool and redo the waiver wire tomorrow at 5pm. I'm very sorry for those that were awarded players, however, most of the league was unaware and this would be the fairest resolution for all.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams recorded 108 receiving yards in his team's 52-21 Week 2 victory over the Chicago Bears, including a 44-yard touchdown catch. However, Williams hauled in just two passes on four targets, raising questions about whether his role will be expanded beyond being a downfield threat in 2025. The 24-year-old Williams is unquestionably explosive with the ball in his hands, averaging over 17 yards per reception for his career. Still, he's recorded just six catches on nine targets through the first two games of the season after averaging under four catches per game in 2024. Williams profiles as a boom/bust fantasy WR3/flex option until proven otherwise.

Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels (knee) is considered day-to-day with a knee injury, per Josh Taylor of A to Z Sports. Daniels reportedly received an MRI on the affected knee after getting banged up in his team's Thursday night loss to the Green Bay Packers. The 24-year-old has thrown for 433 yards and three touchdowns through the first two games of the season. Still, he brings a significant amount of value with his legs, rushing for 891 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie last season and 85 yards so far in 2025. If Daniels is forced to miss time, veteran quarterback Marcus Mariota would likely step in as the Washington starter in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders. Even if Daniels can play, his rushing ability could be significantly impacted, depending on the severity of this knee injury.

Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught one pass on four targets for six yards in a 29-28 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2.
Fantasy Spin: Normally the favorite target of Bo Nix, Sutton was surprisngly an afterthought in the passing game. The good news is that he had a solid performance in the opener, so the forgettable Week 2 outing isn't something to panic over.
From TheHuddle
Denver Broncos TE Evan Engram caught one of his two targets for 12 yards in a 29-28 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2.
Fantasy Spin: Engram came into the contest nursing a calf injury, and fantasy owners can only hope that the injury has played a role in his slow start. He has four catches for 33 yards through two games, and while it is too early to give up on Engram completely, fantasy owners may want to see if Juwan Johnson or Harold Fannin Jr. are available as alternatives.
From TheHuddle
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes struggled to move the ball through the air in his team's 20-17 Week 2 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, completing 16 of 29 pass attempts for 188 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Still, Mahomes managed to save his fantasy stat line by rushing for 66 yards and a touchdown on seven attempts. The Chiefs will have easier matchups than the Eagles' defense going forward, but it may be difficult for Mahomes as a passer while top receivers Rashee Rice (suspension) and Xavier Worthy (shoulder) remain sidelined. Mahomes has been highly effective as a rusher so far this season, recording 123 yards and two touchdowns on 13 attempts. However, Kansas City likely won't want to risk his health by asking him to do too much with his legs. Mahomes remains a mid-to-low-end fantasy QB1 going forward.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill registered six receptions for 109 yards on seven targets in Week 2 against the New England Patriots, including a 47-yard reception.
Fantasy Spin: The 47-yard catch in the second half was Hill's longest since an 80-yard touchdown in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars last Sept. 8, 2024. He remains more of a low-end WR1 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams, and hopefully the downfield throws from Tua Tagovailoa became a more frequent occurrence.
From TheHuddle
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin had the best game of his career in Week 2, recording eight catches for 89 yards and a touchdown in his team's 29-28 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Franklin was targeted nine times in a game where no other Denver receiver logged more than four targets. The second-year wideout has now recorded 12 catches on 15 targets for 133 yards and a touchdown this season. Franklin could be emerging as the number two wide receiver in Denver behind Courtland Sutton. The 22-year-old will be a name to monitor on the waiver wire for fantasy managers heading into a Week 3 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers.
From RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones posted his second straight stellar performance in his team's 29-28 Week 2 victory over the Denver Broncos. Jones completed 23 of 34 passes for 316 yards and one touchdown, adding another touchdown as a rusher as well. Jones has now thrown for 588 yards with two touchdowns and zero interceptions across the first two games of the season. He's rushed for three scores as well. The 28-year-old is in his first year in Indianapolis after six underwhelming seasons with the New York Giants. Jones has been far better than expectations so far with the Colts, and may deserve consideration as a waiver-wire pickup in fantasy. He'll play his first road game of the season in Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans.

Dynasty | Jets tight end Mason Taylor had one catch for five yards in a loss to the Bills. Dynasty Analysis: Taylor now has just two catches for 25 yards through two games. While a lot of the blame can be placed squarely on Justin Fields, Taylor just hasn't been much of a difference maker early on. He remains a good dynasty hold but the excitement surrounding him is starting to wane quickly.
Dynasty | 49ers quarterback Mac Jones completed 26-of-39 passes for 279 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in a win against New Orleans. Dynasty Analysis: You have to take some of this with a grain of salt as New Orleans isn't exactly reminding anyone of the 1985 Bears but this was solid nonetheless. It's honestly starting like you can put just about anyone in this offense and find success, a true credit to Kyle Shanahan. Regardless, Jones was about as good as you could hope filling in for Brock Purdy. While he still remains pretty far off the long-term dynasty radar, perhaps he can do this a few more times and attempt to follow a Sam Darnold-like path back to relevance.
Dynasty | Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler completed 25-of-34 passes for 207 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in a loss to the 49ers. Dynasty Analysis: The stat line is about as good as you can get when your yards per attempt is close to six. Rattler needs to play with the training wheels off at some point for everyone to see if he really has what it takes to succeed in the NFL and be more than a game manager. Still, this was good enough again to keep Tyler Shough way off the radar. Rattler is a good roster stash but hardly worth considering in a 1QB league.
Dynasty | Patriots quarterback Drake Maye completed 19-of-23 passes for 230 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a win against Miami. Dynasty Analysis: Maye now has over 500 passing yards with three touchdowns and just one interception through the first two weeks of the season. While he doesn't exactly have the most talented roster around him, Maye has looked really good at the start of the season. He doesn't have much so far on the ground and that caps his ceiling but you could do a lot worse for your QB2 at the moment. His dynasty arrow is pointing up.
Dynasty | Patriots rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson had ten rushing yards, two catches and 30 receiving yards in a win against Miami. Dynasty Analysis: Henderson had just just five touches on the day while Rhamondre Stevenson had 16 and Antonio Gibson had six. It's a disappointing turn of events for the uber-talented rookie who seemed to have an inside track to a prominent role early on. Unfortunately, it seems New England is more than content using Rhamondre Stevenson on primary down and Henderson simply as a change of pace option at the moment. He needs to be on fantasy benches until something changes and his rookie ranking may start to slip here soon.
Dynasty | Rams wide receiver Davante Adams had six catches for 106 yards and a touchdown in a win against Tennessee. Dynasty Analysis: Adams now has 21 targets in two games, creating a clear co-WR1 situation in Los Angeles. Even better, he had six goal line targets today alone. While Puka Nacua remains the more explosive option for the Rams, Adams has shown he may just have one more elite fantasy season left in him. He remains a solid target for contending teams as an aging receiver who has found himself in a great situation.
Dynasty | Titans quarterback Cam Ward completed 19-of-33 passes for 175 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in a loss to the Rams. Dynasty Analysis: Ward was closer to 60% on his completion rate and that's much better than last week's 42.9% clunker. There are growing pains in the NFL but he made a pretty amazing touchdown pass and has yet to turn the ball over through the air. He needs to make more strides before being anywhere close to fantasy lineups but Ward looked better today.
Dynasty | Bears quarterback Caleb Williams completed 19-of-30 passes for 207 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in a blowout loss to the Lions. Dynasty Analysis: He added 27 yards on the ground. The Bears defense hasn't helped him much, allowing 73 points the past five quarters. Rome Odunze broke through today and that should be a boost but Williams just hasn't quite lived up to the hype through two games. It's early in the season and no time to panic but we're going to need to see more soon before anointing him as the next big thing.
Dynasty | Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze had seven catches for 128 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to Detroit. Dynasty Analysis: Bears fans have to be disappointed in the beginning of their season but Odunze has been a real bright spot, breaking through today with a monster game. Even DJ Moore has taken a back seat to Odunze, who looks like the top option in the passing game at this point. With 20 targets through two games, Odunze clearly looks like a weekly must-start in fantasy leagues moving forward and his dynasty value is skyrocketing.
Dynasty | Lions quarterback Jared Goff completed 23-of-28 passes for 334 yards with five touchdowns and no interceptions in a win against the Bears. Dynasty Analysis: Well, it seems the loss of Ben Johnson may not have been that big after all. Goff lead the Lions to a convincing 52-21 win over their former offensive coordinator and the game wasn't even that close. Goff will never beat teams with his legs but he always has the ability to put up gaudy days like this one. He'll be a low-end QB1 moving forward.
Dynasty | Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St, Brown had nine catches for 115 yards and three touchdowns in a blowout win over Chicago. Dynasty Analysis: And that should make him this week's fantasy MVP. Two late touchdowns iced the game for the Lions and turned what was a good day into an epic one in terms of fantasy points. Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase continue to get most of the attention but St. Brown is making a push to be the overall WR1 and possibly overall 1.01 in dynasty leagues.
Dynasty | Giants quarterback Russell Wilson completed 30-of-41 passes for 450 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in a heartbreaking loss to Dallas. Dynasty Analysis: The Giants let Russ cook and he nearly burned down the restaurant as he set a new career high in passing yards. His late interception was a killer but it's hard to blame him for this loss. Jaxson Dart did play a bit today but it seems that was because a pre-planned package was set for him. Wilson is still on a short leash but it would be stunning to see him benched after this one.
