San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee, ankle) aggravated his PCL injury in the Week 15 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday and also sprained his ankle, according to David Lombardi of The San Francisco Standard. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said he's unsure if Pearsall will practice this week as the team prepares to face the Indianapolis Colts on Monday night in Week 16. Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back Bhayshul Tuten (finger) will have surgery to fix a finger injury that he suffered in Sunday's blowout win over the New York Jets, sources told Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. Tuten will miss a few weeks but should be back for the playoffs. There are only three games remaining in the regular season, so the Jags might shut Tuten down until the start of the postseason. Washington Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) will be held out of the final three games of the season, and QB Marcus Mariota will be the starting quarterback for those games, according to sources.

Fantasy Spin: The Commanders have been eliminated from playoff contention, so they likely want to give Daniels plenty of time to recover from his elbow injury. He should be a No. 1 quarterback in fantasy leagues next season. Forty-four-year-old quarterback Philip Rivers will once again draw the start for the Indianapolis Colts when they face the 49ers in a Week 16 Monday night contest, according to head coach Shane Steichen.
