    Travis Hunter

According to the NFL's Ian Rapoport, Georgia Bulldog linebacker Jalon Walker visited with the Cleveland Browns on Monday. Many believe the Browns will go with edge rusher Abdul Carter or wide receiver/defensive back hybrid Travis Hunter with their second-overall pick. However, it appears Cleveland is exhausting every avenue before they're officially on the clock, including Walker -- arguably the draft's top linebacker prospect. The North Carolina native is an explosive defender who could undoubtedly aid the Browns' defense in returning to their 2023 form. Fortunately for Cleveland, they'll have their pick of the litter, sans whom the Tennessee Titans select at one. Furthermore, they could go down a few different avenues of team improvement with their draft choice.

Shedeur Sanders Apr 8 6:20pm CT
    Shedeur Sanders

FOX Sports NFL Insider Jordan Schultz reports that the Pittsburgh Steelers are hosting Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders for a visit on Thursday. Schultz also notes that Pittsburgh remains "very interested" in veteran QB Aaron Rodgers but has done extensive work on this year's slew of signal-callers. The Steelers hold the No. 21 pick. Sanders has been a polarizing prospect throughout the pre-draft process, linked to a few teams now, scattered throughout the first round. He was an accurate distributor in his senior season, posting career highs across the board, averaging 318.0 passing yards per game. It will be interesting to see how high the 23-year-old is selected and the situation he finds himself in. Sanders was often schemed open throws underneath last year at Colorado, contributing to his outstanding 74% completion rate. We'll see if he can elevate his play on the NFL field.

The Arizona Cardinals hosted Tennessee edge rusher James Pearce Jr. on Monday and plan to host Georgia edge rusher Mykel Williams on Wednesday, according to NFL insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo. The Cardinals ranked 28th in pass rush win rate (33%) last season, and that is a clear area of need for the organization under head coach Jonathan Gannon. Pearce was a first-team All-SEC selection in 2023 and 2024 behind 17 sacks over the last two campaigns. Williams was a second-team All-SEC performer with 9.5 sacks over the same span. Both prospects present a high upside at the next level.

Justin Simmons Apr 8 1:40pm CT
    Justin Simmons

Four-time All-Pro safety Justin Simmons remains unsigned following the first month of NFL free agency, and the 31-year-old is in no rush to join a new team as he waits to find the right fit. Simmons signed with the Atlanta Falcons last August after spending eight seasons with the Denver Broncos, so a similar timeline could play out in 2025. Simmons has collected 665 tackles (478 solo), 4.5 sacks, five forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, 32 interceptions, and 71 pass deflections since being selected in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Boston College. Simmons mentioned the Philadelphia Eagles as a potential landing spot thanks to his previous relationship with former Broncos head coach and current Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, but he'll continue to wait for the right opportunity to continue his playing career into his 10th NFL season.

Jared Goff Apr 8 1:30pm CT
    Jared Goff

The Detroit Lions have finished as a top-five total offense in each of the last three seasons under offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, who departed this offseason to become the head coach of the Chicago Bears. While there will certainly be changes under new play-caller John Morton, head coach Dan Campbell believes the team will not regress on the offensive side of the ball. "This is a Detroit Lion offense, is what it is. This offense is Jared Goff, (Amon-Ra) St. Brown, (Jahmyr) Gibbs, (David) Montgomery," Campbell said. "It's Frank (Ragnow); it's (Penei) Sewell; it's (Taylor) Decker. I can keep (going). It's (Jameson Williams). That's what we are. (The players are) the ones who make it what it is. That's our playbook, those guys." While there could be growing pains early in the season, Campbell is right, and the offense has plenty of talent across the entire starting lineup to continue to produce at a high level for fantasy football.

Shedeur Sanders Apr 8 1:30pm CT
    Shedeur Sanders

Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders was once viewed as a potential top-five selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, but his stock has seemingly been falling over the last few weeks. Now, the New Orleans Saints, who hold the No. 9 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, are listed by DraftKings with the best odds (+275) of taking Sanders among all NFL teams. In ESPN's Mel Kiper's latest mock draft on Tuesday, he has New Orleans pulling the trigger on Sanders in the nine-hole. While the Saints still have Derek Carr on the roster, the search for the quarterback of the future could already be underway under new head coach Kellen Moore. Sanders, who threw for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in his final collegiate season, could fit that bill. If he's taken by New Orleans, he'll likely spend at least a chunk of his rookie season on the bench.

Geno Smith Apr 8 1:20pm CT
    Geno Smith

The Las Vegas Raiders traded for Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith last month before signing him to a two-year $75 million contract this week. The move united Smith back with former Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, a reconnection the two are excited about. "I think there is unfinished business, and I think when people think about my story, you know, Coach Carroll was a big part of that," Smith said. "He gave me an opportunity when not many people would have. He saw the hard work that I was putting in, he saw the things behind the scenes that I do that allow me to get this opportunity." Smith enjoyed the best season of his career under Carroll in 2022, passing for 4,282 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. While Smith will be on the fantasy football radar in Superflex and two-QB leagues, he'll likely be a fringe starter in single-QB setups in a rebuilding Raiders' offense. However, tight end Brock Bowers and wide receiver Jakobi Meyers give him formidable weapons to put together a solid passing attack.

Kyle Williams Apr 8 12:20pm CT
    Kyle Williams

Washington State wide receiver Kyle Williams is visiting with the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Williams was a former teammate of Miami quarterback Cam Ward, who is tracking as Tennessee's pick at No. 1 overall in this year's NFL draft. Titans offensive coordinator Nick Holz was also Williams' offensive coordinator when he played at UNLV. It would make a lot of sense for the Titans to target the young pass-catcher with their second-round pick (No. 35 overall) to pair him with a familiar face in Ward. Tennessee added veteran Van Jefferson in free agency this offseason, but they are certainly going to look to upgrade at the position behind WR1 Calvin Ridley in this year's draft. Williams has excellent run-after-the-catch ability and had 1,198 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns in his final college season in 2024.

Quinshon Judkins Apr 8 12:10pm CT
    Quinshon Judkins

Ohio State running back Quinshon Judkins is visiting with the Cincinnati Bengals on Wednesday after visiting with the Houston Texans on Monday, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Judkins also has a visit scheduled with the Denver Broncos later in the week. The Bengals are also looking at fellow Ohio State RB TreVeyon Henderson, as it's clear that they want to lessen Chase Brown's workload out of the backfield in 2024 after he had 229 carries for 990 rushing yards and seven touchdowns in 16 games in his second year in the NFL. The 21-year-old Judkins had 4,227 total yards and 50 touchdowns in his collegiate career on 798 touches. He has the physical skills to be a true three-down back at the next level, which means it's possible that he'll come off the board in the first round of this year's NFL draft. Cincy's first pick in 2025 will come at No. 17 overall.

Matthew Golden Apr 8 12:10pm CT
    Matthew Golden

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are visiting with University of Texas wide receiver Matthew Golden on Tuesday, according to FOX Sports' Greg Auman. The Buccaneers already have one of the best one-two punches at the receiver position in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, but Evans will be 32 this August, and Godwin missed significant time in 2024 with an ankle injury. Golden recorded 987 receiving yards and nine touchdowns in his final season with the Longhorns as an elite downfield threat, and there's a chance he's the first pass-catcher off the board in the first round of this year's NFL draft. If the 21-year-old wideout were to land in Tampa, he'd probably line up as the team's No. 3 receiver, although it wouldn't be the best landing spot for his fantasy value in Year 1. The Buccaneers are set to pick at No. 19 overall in the first round later this month.

Nahshon Wright Apr 7 11:30pm CT
    Nahshon Wright

The Minnesota Vikings announced on Monday that they released cornerback Nahshon Wright. The 26-year-old defensive back finds himself on the open market this offseason after the Vikings acquired him in a trade with the Dallas Cowboys last August in exchange for Andrew Booth. Wright was a non-factor in his lone season in Minnesota, recording zero tackles in just one game after posting 37 tackles (27 solo), an interception and five pass breakups in 32 games (three starts) in his first three years in the NFL with the Cowboys. He only played 15 snaps for the Vikings, all of which came on special teams. Wright will mostly likely continue in a special-teams role for whatever organization takes a chance on him next. Dallas selected him in the third round (99th overall) in the 2021 NFL draft out of Oregon State.

    Malcolm Koonce

The Las Vegas Raiders officially re-signed exclusive-rights free-agent defensive end Charles Snowden, defensive tackle Matthew Butler, linebacker Kana'i Mauga, offensive guard Jordan Meredith and cornerback Sam Webb on Monday. Snowden will return for a second season with the Raiders after recording 39 tackles (18 solo), 1.5 sacks, seven QB hits and four pass breakups in 16 games (nine starts). The 27-year-old went undrafted out of the University of Virginia before latching on with the Chicago Bears for his rookie season in 2021. He appeared in only two games that year and didn't record a single tackle in the Windy City. Snowden will merely be hoping to stand out again in a rotational role at defensive end in 2025 behind Maxx Crosby and Malcolm Koonce.

Jonathan Ford Apr 7 11:10pm CT
    Jonathan Ford

The Chicago Bears announced on Monday that they re-signed restricted free-agent defensive tackle Chris Williams and exclusive-rights free-agent defensive tackle Jonathan Ford, defensive end Daniel Hardy, offensive guard Bill Murray and cornerback Ameer Speed. In his first full season in the NFL with the Bears in 2024, Williams totaled 23 tackles (17 solo), three sacks and seven QB hits in 17 games (one start). The 26-year-old interior lineman will return for a second season in Chicago to provide rotational depth for the Bears defense. Williams went undrafted out of Wagner before joining the Indianapolis Colts for his rookie year in 2021. The 6-foot-3, 302-pounder had just six tackles (three solo) in 13 games (zero starts) in his first two years with the Colts.

Dee Alford Apr 7 7:00pm CT
    Dee Alford

The Atlanta Falcons announced on Monday that they re-signed restricted free-agent cornerback Dee Alford to an undisclosed one-year deal. Alford will return to the team in 2025 for his fourth season with the team after collecting 149 tackles (104 solo), 1.5 sacks, an interception, 24 pass breakups, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries in 48 games (16 starts) the last three years with Atlanta. The 27-year-old was an undrafted free agent out of Tusculum. He had a career-high 83 tackles (61 solo), 11 pass breakups and a forced fumble in 16 games played (11 starts) last year. The Falcons originally did not tender an offer to Alford, but after he tested the free-agent market this offseason, he will return to the team to provide depth in the secondary. Alford will continue to work out of the slot for the Falcons.

James Mitchell Apr 7 6:40pm CT
    James Mitchell

The Carolina Panthers announced on Monday that they signed free-agent tight end Colin Granger to an undisclosed deal. Granger is a former Division I basketball player that is making a transition to football, so he'll be a long shot to make any kind of impact for the Panthers in 2025. The 23-year-old was a center for five years in college and started his collegiate career at Ohio University before spending two years at Western Carolina. He finished his career at Coastal Carolina. Granger has plenty of size at 6-foot-8, 245 pounds, but he'll be raw at the position and will join a TE room in Carolina that already includes Tommy Tremble, Ja'Tavion Sanders, Jordan Matthews, James Mitchell and Dominique Dafney. Granger averaged 52.3 percent in field goals and had 322 career rebounds in his five-year basketball career.

Blake Whiteheart Apr 7 6:40pm CT
    Blake Whiteheart

Exclusive-rights free-agent tight end Blake Whiteheart signed his tender offer from the Cleveland Browns on Monday and will officially return to the team in 2025. Whiteheart will head into his second season in Cleveland after catching six of nine targets for 51 yards and one touchdown in 11 games (two starts) in 2024. The 25-year-old once again won't be anywhere near the fantasy radar as he provides depth at the position for the Browns behind starter David Njoku. He went undrafted out of Wake Forest and began his NFL career in 2023 with the Arizona Cardinals, but he didn't receive a single target in two games played that year. In addition to Njoku and Whiteheart, the Browns also have Brenden Bates and Tre'McKitty on the TE depth chart this offseason.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. Apr 7 6:30pm CT
    Tyrone Tracy Jr.

The New York Giants are doing a lot of homework on running backs with the 2025 NFL draft right around the corner, according to The Bergen Record's Art Stapleton. It's a good bet that the Giants will dip into the running back class to take advantage of the depth of talent there this year. Tyrone Tracy Jr. impressed as a rookie with the G-Men last year, but depending on what the Giants do at the position in the draft, he may be forced to share valuable backfield touches in his sophomore season. Devin Singletary is also still in the team's RB room, but Tracy was their leading ball-carrier in 2024 with 192 carries for 839 yards and five touchdowns, adding 38 receptions for 284 yards and a touchdown through the air. Those that have Tracy in dynasty/keeper formats won't be stoked if the Giants add competition for him in the early rounds in late April.

Lucas Krull Apr 7 6:30pm CT
    Lucas Krull

The Denver Broncos re-signed exclusive-rights free-agent tight end Lucas Krull to an undisclosed deal on Monday, according to KPRC's Aaron Wilson. Krull will return for a third season in Denver after catching a career-high 19 passes on 23 targets for 152 yards and no touchdowns in 13 regular-season games (two starts) in 2024. In his first year with the Broncos in 2023, the 26-year-old had only eight catches on 14 targets for 95 yards and his first career touchdown in seven games (two starts). Krull will remain well off the fantasy radar and will head to training camp this summer as tight end depth behind newcomer Evan Engram and Adam Trautman while competing with Nate Adkins. He debuted in the NFL with the New Orleans Saints in 2022 and didn't receive any targets in just one game played after going undrafted out of Pittsburgh.

Jalen Milroe Apr 7 6:20pm CT
    Jalen Milroe

Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe had private workouts with the Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints that were described as "impressive," sources told FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Milroe also met with key members of the New York Jets' offensive staff and the Pittsburgh Steelers before his Pro Day last month. The Browns might be the most desperate team looking for a quarterback heading into this year's NFL draft with Kenny Pickett currently projected to be their starter under center in 2025. However, there are plenty of other teams looking at Milroe, who has above-average speed and a strong arm. Milroe would have the best opportunity to start if he were to land in Cleveland -- Deshaun Watson (Achilles) is expected to miss the entire season. He threw for 2,844 yards, 16 touchdowns and 11 picks last year at Alabama and also had 726 rushing yards and 20 additional scores. Milroe could come off the board late in the first round.

TreVeyon Henderson Apr 7 6:20pm CT
    TreVeyon Henderson

Ohio State running back TreVeyon Henderson has multiple pre-draft visits lined up this week, including with the Cincinnati Bengals, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Henderson is currently ESPN's third-ranked running back in the 2025 NFL draft. Chase Brown was a stud last year as Cincinnati's lead back, but they are looking to add someone else to their backfield to take some of the pressure off of him. The 22-year-old Henderson has been moving up draft boards in what is considered a very strong and deep class at the position. He averaged 7.0 yards per carry in his final season with the Buckeyes in 2024 and finished with a total of 3,761 yards and 42 touchdowns in his time at Ohio State. Henderson also caught 77 passes for 833 yards and six touchdowns as a receiver. If he can stay healthy, Henderson could be fantasy relevant right away, depending on where he ends up.
