    Rock Ya-Sin Mar 20 1:50pm CT
    Rock Ya-Sin

Veteran free-agent cornerback Rock Ya-Sin has agreed to terms to sign with the Detroit Lions, according to NFL insider Mike Garafolo. The 2019 second-round pick out of Temple by the Indianapolis Colts is set to join his fifth organization after three seasons with Indy and one season a piece with the Las Vegas Raiders, Baltimore Ravens, and San Francisco 49ers. Overall, the 28-year-old has compiled 199 tackles (166 solo), two interceptions, 31 pass deflections, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 79 career games. He'll add depth to the Detroit secondary that continues to stack talent ahead of the 2025 campaign.

Joe Burrow Mar 20 1:40pm CT
    Joe Burrow

The Cincinnati Bengals are hosting offensive guard Lucas Patrick on a visit on Friday, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz. The organization has been working to build its offensive line tasked with protecting quarterback Joe Burrow over the last few seasons, and Patrick could be the next addition to that group. The eight-year NFL veteran has played in 107 NFL games (64 starts) with the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, and New Orleans Saints. The former undrafted free agent out of Duke allowed zero sacks on 330 pass-blocking snaps a season ago for the Saints.

Uchenna Nwosu Mar 20 1:00pm CT
    Uchenna Nwosu

The Seattle Seahawks and outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu agreed to a reworked contract on Thursday that will lower his 2025 salary cap number while also keeping one of the team's best edge defenders around for another season. Nwosu had two years and $26.5 million left on his previous deal and was scheduled to make $14.99 million this year while counting $21.17 million against the cap despite two injury-plagued campaigns. His new deal is for two years and $19.51 million, and he's scheduled to make $8 million in 2025 while counting $11.85 million against the cap, which is around $9.4 million less than his previous cap charge. Nwosu can earn up to $5 million of his $6.99 million pay cut back via incentives tied to sacks, playing time and the playoffs. The 28-year-old had a career-high 9.5 sacks in 2022 but has just three sacks and five tackles for loss in 12 games since.

Michael Gallup Mar 20 12:40pm CT
    Michael Gallup

The Washington Commanders announced on Thursday that they signed free-agent wide receiver Michael Gallup to an undisclosed deal. Gallup was drafted in the third round (81st overall) by the Dallas Cowboys in 2018 out of Colorado State and spent the first six years of his NFL career in Dallas before signing last offseason with the Las Vegas Raiders. The 29-year-old announced his retirement before ever playing in a game with Vegas before deciding he wanted to come back in 2025. He'll now return to the NFC East, where he'll serve as receiving depth behind Terry McLaurin, Deebo Samuel Sr. and Noah Brown, at the very least. It's a poor landing spot for Gallup potentially returning to fantasy relevance, as he'll also be competing with Luke McCaffrey and K.J. Osborn for playing time. Fantasy managers can probably avoid Gallup in drafts this fall.

DeAndre Carter Mar 20 12:10pm CT
    DeAndre Carter

The Cleveland Browns signed free-agent wide receiver and return specialist DeAndre Carter (hamstring) to a one-year deal for nearly $800,000 guaranteed on Wednesday, sources told FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Carter will head to the AFC North in 2025 after spending the 2024 campaign with the Chicago Bears, where he caught only nine of 14 targets for 72 yards and no touchdowns on offense over 13 games (no starts). The 31-year-old will most likely be more of an asset to the Browns on special teams as a kick returner than he will be on offense, as he hasn't had more than 46 catches, 538 yards or three touchdowns in a single season during his seven NFL seasons. Carter missed the final four games last year with a hamstring injury but should be good to go for training camp this summer. He had 17 punt returns for 158 yards and 15 kickoff returns for 479 yards for the Bears in 2024.

Rondale Moore Mar 20 8:10am CT
    Rondale Moore

Dynasty | The Vikings have signed wide receiver Rondale Moore. Dynasty Analysis: Moore never really lived up to the expectations in Arizona, despite being taken in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. In his three years in the desert, Moore posted just 135 total catches for 1,201 yards and three touchdowns. He signed with Atlanta prior to last season but never played a regular season snap for Atlanta after being injured in camp. He'll battle for some scraps behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, but the days of Moore being a player who needs to be on every dynasty roster are all but over.

Jordan Fuller Mar 20 8:09am CT
    Jordan Fuller

The Atlanta Falcons are signing former Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Rams safety Jordan Fuller, according to NFL insider Tom Pelissero. The 2020 sixth-round pick out of Ohio State spent the first five seasons of his career with Los Angeles before a one-year stint in Carolina. Overall, the 27-year-old has piled up 333 tackles (203 solo), five forced fumbles, seven interceptions, and 18 pass deflections in 57 career games. Fuller is poised to start opposite All-Pro safety Jessie Bates III, and it appears the team will not be bringing back Justin Simmons for the 2025 campaign.

Marlon Tuipulotu Mar 19 10:20pm CT
    Marlon Tuipulotu

The Kansas City Chiefs re-signed defensive lineman Marlon Tuipulotu to an undisclosed deal on Wednesday, according to his agents. The 25-year-old former sixth-round pick (189th overall) by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2021 NFL draft out of USC was on the Chiefs' active 53-man roster for most of the regular season in 2024, but he saw action in only two games (one start) and had four tackles (two solo) in the Week 18 regular season finale against the division-rival Denver Broncos with the team resting most of their starters. Tuipulotu will be competing for a roster spot as interior defensive line depth in training camp this summer in his second year with the team. In 14 games (non starts) for the Eagles in 2023, he had a career-high 22 tackles (13 solo) and two sacks.

    Al-Quadin Muhammad Mar 19 10:10pm CT
    Al-Quadin Muhammad

The Detroit Lions re-signed defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad to an undisclosed one-year deal on Wednesday, according to agents Drew Rosenhaus and Robert Bailey. Muhammad will return to the Motor City in 2025 to serve as a rotational defensive lineman once again, so he won't be worth a look at all in IDP fantasy formats. Last year in nine regular-season games (two starts), he produced just 11 tackles (eight solo), three sacks and five QB hits. The 29-year-old pass-rusher from the University of Miami (FL) entered the NFL in 2017 as a sixth-round pick (196th overall) by the New Orleans Saints. Muhammad spent just one year with the Saints before spending 2018-21 with the Indianapolis Colts. He has only 15 total sacks in his 93 games played (36 starts) over seven NFL seasons.

Christian Elliss Mar 19 10:10pm CT
    Christian Elliss

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that the Las Vegas Raiders signed New England Patriots restricted free-agent linebacker Christian Elliss to an offer sheet on Wednesday. The Patriots will now have until Monday to match the Raiders' offer or risk losing Elliss. The 26-year-old received the right-of-first-refusal tender from the Patriots on March 8. Because he was undrafted out of Idaho, the Patriots wouldn't receive any draft compensation if they don't match the Raiders' offer sheet. In his first full season in New England in 2024, he had a career-high 80 tackles (42 solo), his first 1.5 sacks, five QB hits, his first career interception, five pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 16 games (five starts). It was solid production for Elliss, which makes it likely that new head coach Mike Vrabel will want to keep the playmaker around.

Cedrick Wilson Mar 19 9:50pm CT
    Cedrick Wilson

The New Orleans Saints reworked wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr.'s contract on Wednesday, cutting his 2025 base salary from $3.4 million to the minimum of $1.7 million, according to ESPN's Katherine Terrell. Wilson's new salary cap number is $1.67 million after he previously counted $3.4 million against this year's cap, but it still voids in 2026. If the 29-year-old wasn't willing to restructure his deal, Terrell got the sense the Saints were willing to move on after Wilson had only 20 catches on 27 targets for 211 yards and one touchdown in 15 games (four starts) in 2024 in his first year in New Orleans. The poor production even came with Chris Olave (head) and Rashid Shaheed (knee) missing time with injuries last year. The Saints will have a new offensive approach under head coach Kellen Moore, but Wilson is still unlikely to be fantasy relevant as receiver depth in the Big Easy in 2025.

Danielle Hunter Mar 19 9:50pm CT
    Danielle Hunter

The Houston Texans agreed to a one-year, $35.6 million contract extension on Wednesday to make defensive end Danielle Hunter the league's second-highest-paid defensive end, sources told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Hunter will make $32 million in 2025 (a $12.5 million raise) and $55.1 million ($54.1 million fully guaranteed) over the next two seasons. After signing a two-year, $49 million contract with Houston last offseason, the 30-year-old five-time Pro Bowler had 46 tackles (31 solo), 12 sacks, 17 tackles for loss, 23 QB hits and a forced fumble in 17 regular-season starts in his first year with the team. The former third-round pick (88th overall) by the Minnesota Vikings in 2015 out of LSU has been a Pro Bowler in each of the last three years and has double-digit sacks in each of the last three years as well. He has 99.5 career sacks in nine NFL seasons and will be a starting defensive lineman in IDP leagues yet again.

Noah Brown Mar 19 9:40pm CT
    Noah Brown

Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (kidney) was cleared two weeks ago to beginning working out this offseason after he missed the end of the 2024 campaign due to a kidney laceration that he suffered in early December in Week 12. Brown had a strong first season in Washington in 11 games (nine starts), catching 35 of his 56 targets for 453 yards, with his only touchdown coming on a dramatic and successful Hail Mary to help beat the Chicago Bears. "I feel like I'm built for this, and I'll come back stronger," Brown said. The 29-year-old was re-signed to a one-year deal to return to D.C. for the 2025 season, but it will be harder for him to make an impact in fantasy after Washington traded for Pro Bowl pass-catcher Deebo Samuel Sr. Brown should still have a role in the Commanders' offense, but as things currently stand, he's looking like more of a WR5/6 in deeper fantasy leagues.

Rondale Moore Mar 19 9:30pm CT
    Rondale Moore

The Minnesota Vikings announced on Wednesday that they agreed to terms on an undisclosed deal with free-agent wide receiver Rondale Moore (knee). Moore will stay in the NFC after signing with the Atlanta Falcons last offseason. Unfortunately, he didn't end up playing at all after suffering a season-ending knee injury during a joint training camp practice in the summer. The 24-year-old former second-round selection (49th overall) by the Arizona Cardinals in 2021 out of Purdue caught just 135 passes for 1,201 yards and three touchdowns on 182 targets in 39 games (23 starts) in his first three years in the NFL with Arizona and will now head to Minnesota to provide receiving depth. Fantasy-wise, this is probably one of the worst possible landing spots for the speed 5-foot-7 wideout, as he'll be the WR4, at best, behind Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and Jalen Nailor.

Stefon Diggs Mar 19 9:20pm CT
    Stefon Diggs

Free-agent wide receiver Stefon Diggs (knee), a 10-year veteran and former All-Pro with six 1,000-yard seasons in his career, is visiting with the New England Patriots, a league source told The Athletic's Chad Graff. The two sides haven't agreed to a contract, but a deal could come soon if the visit goes well for both sides. The 31-year-old former fifth-round pick (146th overall) by the Minnesota Vikings in 2015 out of the University of Maryland played in eight games for the Houston Texans last year and caught 47 of his 64 targets for 496 yards and three touchdowns before suffering a season-ending ACL tear eight games into the season. As things currently stand, Kayshon Boutte, Kendrick Bourne, DeMario Douglas and Ja'Lynn Polk are the Pats' top receivers, so adding Diggs makes tons of sense. Diggs would likely serve as QB Drake Maye's top target, although there's no guarantee he'll be ready for Week 1 of the regular season after tearing his ACL in late October.

Devin Duvernay Mar 19 9:10pm CT
    Devin Duvernay

The Chicago Bears agreed to an undisclosed one-year deal with free-agent wide receiver and two-time Pro Bowl kick returner Devin Duvernay on Wednesday, sources told FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Duvernay will most likely see most of his work in Chicago on special teams as a returner, but he will also provide depth behind wideouts DJ Moore, Rome Odunze and Olamide Zaccheaus. The 27-year-old former third-rounder (92nd overall) by the Baltimore Ravens in 2020 out of the University of Texas only played in 13 games (one start) with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2024 and caught 11 of his 16 targets for 79 yards and no touchdowns on offense. Duvernay won't be an option in the vast majority of fantasy leagues entering the 2025 campaign. His best season as a receiver came in 2022 with Baltimore, when he had 37 receptions for 407 yards and three touchdowns in 14 games (13 starts).

Mike Gesicki Mar 19 9:03pm CT
    Mike Gesicki

Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki said he was willing to pay the 'Joe Burrow tax' to return to the Bengals.

Fantasy Spin: Gesicki will be the No. 3 option in the passing game behind Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, but that was true last year when he managed 665 yards on 65 receptions. Gesicki should be a low-end TE1 in most formats.

Stefon Diggs Mar 19 7:13pm CT
    Stefon Diggs

Free-agent WR Stefon Diggs (Texans) is expected to meet with New England Patriots this week, according to a source.

Fantasy Spin: The Patriots have not been able to add a top receiver this offseason, but Diggs likely will be a good option in the passing game if he decides to sign. He is recovering from a knee injury but could be a No. 3 or No. 4 fantasy receiver for the Patriots.
