KaVontae Turpin Sep 14 2:50pm CT
    KaVontae Turpin

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver KaVontae Turpin (neck) exited during the second half of Sunday's Week 2 contest against the New York Giants. He is officially questionable to return. He had been heavily involved prior to his departure, catching four passes for 47 yards and a touchdown, rushing for six yards, and returning four kicks for an additional 100 yards. Jalen Tolbert and Ryan Flournoy should pick up some of Turpin's offensive snaps until he can return. Tolbert will also handle Turpin's kick and punt return responsibilities.

Justin Fields Sep 14 2:40pm CT
    Justin Fields

New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields (head) exited during the second half of Sunday's Week 2 contest against the Buffalo Bills. He was taken to the locker room and is being evaluated for a concussion. At the time of his departure, he had completed just three of 11 pass attempts for 27 yards through the air, and he also added 49 rushing yards. Tyrod Taylor has entered the game and will lead the Jets' offense until Fields is cleared to return. If Fields officially enters concussion protocol, Taylor would likely be in line to start next week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Joe Burrow Sep 14 2:30pm CT
    Joe Burrow

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (toe) has been ruled out for the remainder of Week 2. He exited in the first half and was initially listed as questionable before being downgraded to out. He finishes the week 7-for-13 passing with 76 passing yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. Jake Browning took over for Burrow and has kept the Bengals playing a close game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Fantasy managers should stay tuned for additional updates on Burrow's status once the Week 2 contest in Cincinnati comes to an end.

Kyle Van Noy Sep 14 2:03pm CT
    Kyle Van Noy

Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens LB Kyle Van Noy (hamstring) will not return to the Week 2 game against the Cleveland Browns due to the hamstring injury he suffered in the first half.

Dallas Goedert Sep 14 2:03pm CT
    Dallas Goedert

The Philadelphia Eagles have declared TE Dallas Goedert, QB Tanner McKee, LB Azeez Ojulari, C Drew Kendall, RB Will Shipley and DE Ogbo Okoronkwo inactive for Week 2.

Jaleel McLaughlin Sep 14 1:50pm CT
    Jaleel McLaughlin

Denver Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin is a healthy scratch for his team's Week 2 game against the Indianapolis Colts. McLaughlin was also inactive in Week 1, so this decision from the team does not necessarily come as a surprise. Without McLaughlin, Denver will roll with the running back trio of J.K. Dobbins, RJ Harvey, and Tyler Badie.

Joe Burrow Sep 14 1:50pm CT
    Joe Burrow

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (toe) is questionable to return to his team's Week 2 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to a toe injury, per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. Burrow was taken into the locker room with assistance from trainers and was limping heavily. It remains to be seen whether Burrow will be able to return on Sunday, but the fact that he was not immediately ruled out by the team has to be considered a positive sign.

Marcus Davenport Sep 14 1:33pm CT
    Marcus Davenport

Detroit Lions DE Marcus Davenport (ankle) left the Week 2 game against the Chicago Bears in the second quarter due to an ankle injury. He is listed as questionable to return.

    From TheHuddle

Shane Zylstra Sep 14 1:30pm CT
    Shane Zylstra

Detroit Lions tight end Shane Zylstra (ankle) has been downgraded to out for the remainder of his team's Week 2 contest against the Chicago Bears. Zylstra is the Lions' third-string tight end behind Sam LaPorta and Brock Wright. His absence may mean a slight uptick in snaps for the remainder of Week 2 for LaPorta.

Joe Burrow Sep 14 1:20pm CT
    Joe Burrow

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (leg) was taken to the locker room on Sunday due to an apparent left leg injury. Burrow was limping heavily and required assistance from the training staff to get off the field. More will be known about the injury once the team releases an official update, but a Burrow injury would obviously be a massive blow for both fantasy managers and the Bengals' offense.

Kyle Van Noy Sep 14 1:13pm CT
    Kyle Van Noy

Baltimore Ravens LB Kyle Van Noy (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury during the Week 2 game and is considered questionable to return.

DeAndre Carter Sep 14 1:10pm CT
    DeAndre Carter

The Cleveland Browns announced that wide receiver DeAndre Carter (concussion) will not return to Sunday's game against Baltimore due to the injury. The veteran made the team out of training camp largely because of his special teams contributions. Primarily the team's kick returner, the absence will leave Cleveland without one of its key special teamers for the rest of the game.

    From RotoBaller

Kyle Juszczyk Sep 14 1:10pm CT
    Kyle Juszczyk

San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 2 game against the New Orleans Saints. Juszczyk is a key piece of the San Francisco offense as both a blocker and receiver. The 49ers entered the game already without quarterback Brock Purdy (toe), tight end George Kittle (hamstring), and wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (knee). Juszczyk's absence may create even more reason for San Francisco to get the ball in the hands of star running back Christian McCaffrey.

    Kyle Juszczyk

San Francisco 49ers FB Kyle Juszczyk (concussion) suffered a concussion in the first half of the Week 2 game against the New Orleans Saints, and he will not return.

Ahkello Witherspoon Sep 14 1:03pm CT
    Ahkello Witherspoon

Los Angeles Rams CB Ahkello Witherspoon (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury during the Week 2 game and has been ruled out.

Denzel Ward Sep 14 1:03pm CT
    Denzel Ward

Cleveland Browns CB Denzel Ward Jr. (undisclosed) headed to the locker room in the first half of the Week 2 game against the Baltimore Ravens due to an undisclosed injury.

    From TheHuddle

Josh Allen Sep 14 1:00pm CT
    Josh Allen

The Buffalo Bills can exhale after quarterback Josh Allen (nose) has returned to the game against the New York Jets after taking a shot to the face. The superstar QB departed the game after being bloodied when he was sandwiched between two Jets defenders, a collision that popped him in the nose. Allen wasn't out for long, though, as the Bills' medical staff put gauze up one nostril and got back him on the field. Fantasy managers rostering the QB1 can forge ahead as usual.

    From RotoBaller

Rasheen Ali Sep 14 1:00pm CT
    Rasheen Ali

The Baltimore Ravens have ruled out running back Rasheen Ali (concussion) from returning to Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. A key special teamer for the Ravens will be out of the picture for at least the rest of this week. Additionally, Baltimore did not activate running back Keaton Mitchell ahead of the game, so the club has only its top two running backs, Derrick Henry and Justice Hill, available for the remainder of Sunday.

    From RotoBaller

DeAndre Carter Sep 14 12:53pm CT
    DeAndre Carter

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns WR DeAndre Carter (head) will not return to the Week 2 game after being evaluated for a concussion.

    From TheHuddle

Shane Zylstra Sep 14 12:50pm CT
    Shane Zylstra

The Detroit Lions said tight end Shane Zylstra (ankle) is questionable to return to the game Sunday against the Chicago Bears. The reserve came off the field with a bit of a limp after sustaining the injury, which could leave the Lions without a key special teamer. From a fantasy perspective, Zylstra is pretty far off the radar with starting tight end Sam LaPorta handling the vast majority of the receiving work.
