The New York Giants released a statement from John Mara that said head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen will both remain with the franchise. Daboll is two years removed from being named Coach of the Year and now owns an 18-32-1 record after moving in the wrong direction. Despite the dreadful 3-14 season, the Giants are willing to give their staff another season when they usher in a new era with a top draft pick. They currently own the third-overall pick in the upcoming draft.

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson capped off a poor season with a poor showing in Week 18's loss to Washington. The 25-year-old was targeted four times but caught just two passes for 12 yards. In three seasons with the Jaguars, Pederson led them to the playoffs once and finished with an overall record of 23-30. Pederson seemed to acknowledge that the firing was coming, so the team will look for their next coach through this offseason. Their general manager, on the other hand, will stay with the team for the time being. Reportedly, the new head coach won't go through Trent Baalke though, they'll report directly to owner Shad Khan. Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams had a mediocre showing in Week 18's 24-22 victory over the Green Bay Packers. The rookie QB completed 21 of his 29 passes for 148 yards and a touchdown while adding 10 yards on the ground. He did connect with DJ Moore for a 32-yard touchdown strike in the fourth quarter to give the Bears the lead. Williams had an inconsistent first season with the Bears and ended his campaign with more games passing for 150 yards or less than he had with over 250 yards. Overall, Williams threw for 3,541 passing yards with 20 touchdowns and six interceptions while rushing for 489 on 81 attempts over 17 games. The former USC Trojan could have plenty of room to grow in 2025, depending on who the Bears bring on to be their head coach. Williams will likely enter next season as a mid-to-low-tier QB2 option heading to upcoming 2025 fantasy football drafts.

Remigio led the Chiefs in receptions, receiving yards, and targets in this week's contest. Remigio hauled in a team-long 25-yard reception in this game. With the Kansas City starters relegated to the bench in this contest, Remigio caught his first passes of the season. The next game for the Chiefs will be against the winner of the wildcard matchup between the Los Angeles Chargers and Houston Texans. Given Kansas City's depth at wide receiver, Remigio will likely be uninvolved once the starters are active again.

The next time the Chiefs suit up will be against the winner of the wild card matchup between the Los Angeles Chargers and Houston Texans. Steele will likely be relegated to his RB3 role when the Chiefs play their next game.
