Christian McCaffrey Sep 14 7:50pm CT
    Christian McCaffrey

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey rushed for 55 yards on 13 carries during Sunday's Week 2 victory over the New Orleans Saints. He also caught six of seven targets for an additional 53 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. Although the veteran playmaker didn't quite eclipse the 100-yard mark, he made up for it by scoring his first touchdown of the 2025 campaign. He also served as a very valuable and dependable pass-catching option for quarterback Mac Jones amidst the injury to Brock Purdy (shoulder). McCaffrey has wasted no time making a big impact in fantasy football, scoring at least 22.7 points (PPR) in each of his first two games this year. There's minimal competition for the 29-year-old in San Francisco, keeping him in the mid-range RB1 tier ahead of Week 3 versus the Arizona Cardinals.

Davante Adams Sep 14 7:50pm CT
    Davante Adams

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams caught six of his 13 targets for a team-leading 106 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 2 win over the Tennessee Titans. The Rams vowed to get Adams more involved this week, and that's exactly what happened, as the veteran pass catcher carved out an impressive 39.4 percent target share. Although he finished with fewer fantasy points than Puka Nacua for the second week in a row, what's more important is that both Nacua and Adams scored at least 22.5 points (PPR). Week 2 showed that the two can easily co-exist in a Matthew Stafford-led offense, which bodes well for their respective fantasy values going forward. Heading into Week 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles, Nacua is a low-end WR1 while Adams is a mid-to-high WR2. Both have high-end WR1 upside, though.

Fred Warner Sep 14 7:43pm CT
    Fred Warner

San Francisco 49ers LB Fred Warner recorded a team-high 11 tackles, including seven solo stops, and added a pass defensed and a forced fumble in a 26-21 win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 2.

    From TheHuddle

Stefon Diggs Sep 14 7:43pm CT
    Stefon Diggs

New England Patriots WR Stefon Diggs ended up with four receptions for 32 yards on five targets in Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins.

Fantasy Spin: Diggs has a total of 10 receptions for 89 yards on 12 targets, as he is seeing plenty of targets and catches. However, his yardage total and lack of touchdowns through two games suggests he is more of a WR4 in PPR fantasy leagues at this juncture.

    From TheHuddle

Puka Nacua Sep 14 7:40pm CT
    Puka Nacua

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua caught eight of his nine targets for 91 yards through the air. However, the young receiver's best play of the day was a 45-yard touchdown run that involved breaking several tackles and winning a foot race to the end zone. Nacua has now scored at least 23 fantasy points (PPR) in each of his two games so far, establishing himself as a top-tier wide receiver in fantasy football. It was impressive to see him continue to produce in a game like Sunday's, where he had a tougher matchup and played in a positive game script. The game script could flip next week against the Philadelphia Eagles, creating even more opportunities for Nacua to earn targets. He's a firm WR1 option going forward.

Devon Achane Sep 14 7:40pm CT
    Devon Achane

Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane carried the ball 11 times for just 30 rushing yards during Sunday's Week 2 loss against the New England Patriots. However, he also caught eight of 10 targets for an additional 92 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. All in all, while the speedy running back wasn't able to get much going on the ground, he made a huge impact through the air and gave his fantasy managers plenty of reasons to celebrate. He has now scored at least 16.5 fantasy points (PPR) in each of his two games this year, putting him in the low-end RB1 conversation for Week 3 against the Buffalo Bills.

Javonte Williams Sep 14 7:40pm CT
    Javonte Williams

Dallas Cowboys running back Javonte Williams carried the ball 18 times for 97 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 2 contest against the New York Giants. He also converted seven targets into six receptions for 33 yards through the air. The veteran running back not only earned significant volume in the overtime victory, but he also showed that he can stay fresh and productive for an entire game. In fact, he has now strung together two impressive games in a row, scoring at least 20 fantasy points (PPR) in each of his contests so far. He's a very solid RB2 option heading into a Week 3 clash with the Chicago Bears, who were just destroyed by the Detroit Lions.

    From RotoBaller

    Wan'Dale Robinson Sep 14 7:30pm CT
    Wan'Dale Robinson

New York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson caught eight of his 10 targets for 142 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Robinson set a career-high in receiving yards, shattering his previous personal best mark of 100 yards. He was one of several beneficiaries of the Giants' shootout against the Cowboys as quarterback Russell Wilson threw for 450 yards and three touchdowns. While it's unlikely that Robinson replicates this level of performance going forward, it's still clear that he has built a strong rapport with Wilson and is able to maintain fantasy relevance week in and week out. With at least 11.5 fantasy points (PPR) in each of his two games so far this season, Robinson ranks as a strong WR3/flex option ahead of Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Christian McCaffrey Sep 14 7:23pm CT
    Christian McCaffrey

San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey rushed 13 times for 55 yards and caught six passes for 52 yards and a touchdown in a 26-21 win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 2.

Fantasy Spin: McCaffrey displayed his typical versatility, and the calf injury that popped up prior to the the opener doesn't appear to be slowing him down. McCaffrey was always going to be a big part of the San Francisco offense, but with several starters sidelined with injurues, he should remain particulalry busy in the coming weeks.

Drake Maye Sep 14 7:20pm CT
    Drake Maye

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye completed 19 of his 23 pass attempts for 230 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 2 win over the Miami Dolphins. In the process, he tied his career-high completion percentage (82.6 percent). He also ran the ball 10 times for an additional 31 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown. The second-year signal caller has looked solid through two games this year, showcasing an ability to make plays on the ground and through the air. Sunday's matchup was relatively softer, but he was still tested from time to time. We could see a similar fantasy performance from Maye next week as he takes on the Pittsburgh Steelers, whose defense has underperformed through the first two games.

    From RotoBaller

Tyler Lockett Sep 14 7:13pm CT
    Tyler Lockett

Tennessee Titans WR Tyler Lockett had two receptions for just nine yards on three targets in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Spin: While the stat line was poor, at least he didn't get blanked like last Sunday on only one target. Lockett is working with a rookie quarterback, and Cam Ward seems to have the eye for Calvin Ridley, rookie Elic Ayomanor and Chig Okonkwo before looking Lockett's way. The veteran is only worth a roster spot in the deepest of fantasy leagues at this point.

    From TheHuddle

Calvin Ridley Sep 14 7:03pm CT
    Calvin Ridley

Tennessee Titans WR Calvin Ridley ended up with three receptions for a team-best 57 yards on six targets in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Spin: Ridley has managed seven grabs for 84 yards on 14 targets, but he has yet to score. It's going to be a bumpy ride working with a rookie quarterback, with solid stat lines, and some absences. He should be treated as a WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams, just to be on the safe side.

    From TheHuddle

Joe Flacco Sep 14 7:00pm CT
    Joe Flacco

Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski told the media that he's not considering a quarterback change following Sunday's Week 2 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Joe Flacco struggled in the loss, completing 25 of 45 passes for 199 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also took two sacks and lost a fumble. With Cleveland trailing by multiple possessions late in the game, Stefanski replaced Flacco with rookie Dillon Gabriel. In the first drive of his career, Gabriel went 3-for-3 with a passing touchdown, albeit against a defense that presumably wasn't playing at 100 percent due to the large lead. Flacco will remain the starting quarterback in Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers, whose Micah Parsons-led defense has been playing quite well. Flacco can't be trusted in fantasy football next week.

    From RotoBaller

Lamar Jackson Sep 14 6:50pm CT
    Lamar Jackson

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson completed 19 of his 29 pass attempts for 225 yards, four touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 2 win over the Cleveland Browns. He only rushed twice in the victory, adding 13 yards on the ground. Although Jackson didn't use his legs much, that was simply a product of the passing attack working quite well and the defense playing a great game against the Browns. The quarterback's ability to make plays on the ground or through the air is what allows him to rank as a top fantasy option week in and week out. Now responsible for seven touchdowns and zero turnovers through two games, Jackson enters Week 3 against Detroit as a high-end QB1 in fantasy football.

    From RotoBaller

Tyler Higbee Sep 14 6:43pm CT
    Tyler Higbee

Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee posted four receptions for 37 yards on four targets in Week 2 against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Spin: Despite the decent amount of receptions, Higbee remains nothing more than a low-end TE2 heading into Week 3 in Philadelphia in most fantasy aleagues.

    From TheHuddle

Matthew Stafford Sep 14 6:33pm CT
    Matthew Stafford

Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford completed 23-of-33 passes for 298 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Week 2 against the Tennessee Titans, and he ran twice for minus-6 yards.

Fantasy Spin: Stafford did a good job feeding both of his top-tier receivers, hitting Davante Adams for 106 yards and a TD on 13 targets, while Puka Nacua was good for eight grabs and 91 yards on nine targets. He has some borderline low-end QB1 or top-tier QB2 ability in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. His ability is never a question, it's his durability which makes fantasy managers nervous.

    From TheHuddle

Davante Adams Sep 14 6:33pm CT
    Davante Adams

Los Angeles Rams WR Davante Adams posted six receptions for a game-high 106 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets in Week 2 against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Spin: That's 10 receptions and 21 targets in the first two games for Adams, and he has 157 yards and a touchdown. Not only has he jelled with Matthew Stafford in very nice fashion, but he is sharing the wealth with Puka Nacua, as both players are top fantasy options, and each receiver's presence is not hurting the other.

    From TheHuddle

James Cook Sep 14 6:30pm CT
    James Cook

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook rushed 21 times for 132 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's Week 2 win over the New York Jets. He also converted his lone target into a three-yard reception. Cook has picked up right where he left off last year, racking up yardage and scoring touchdowns within a high-powered Buffalo offense. He now has 237 yards and three touchdowns through just two games. The recently paid running back shows no signs of slowing down, either, as he motors on toward a very favorable matchup against the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. He has firmly established himself as a low-end RB1 once again.

    From RotoBaller

Mike Gesicki Sep 14 6:23pm CT
    Mike Gesicki

Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki ended up with three receptions for 18 yards on four targets in Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fantasy Spin: Gesicki's workload has essentially been halved since the team acquired Noah Fant back in August. They're splitting the targets and workload, and both veterans should only be considered as low-end TE2 fantasy options at this juncture.

    From TheHuddle

Harrison Smith Sep 14 6:03pm CT
    Harrison Smith

The Minnesota Vikings have declared OT Christian Darrisaw, CB Jeff Okudah, LB Andrew Van Ginkel, LB Austin Keys, OG Joe Huber, QB Max Brosmer and S Harrison Smith inactive for Week 2.
