Jakobi Meyers Sep 26 2:00pm CT
    Jakobi Meyers

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers has been a steady force in the passing attack, leading the team with 26 targets through three weeks. He added another efficient outing in Week 3, posting three catches for 63 yards against Washington, bringing his season totals to 17 receptions for 228 yards. With the Raiders ranking seventh in passing yards per game and Geno Smith finding his rhythm, Meyers has established himself as a trusted option in the offense. Now facing a vulnerable Chicago Bears secondary, he should be confidently started as a WR2 across all fantasy formats in what projects to be a high-scoring matchup.

Brock Bowers Sep 26 2:00pm CT
    Brock Bowers

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers looks primed for a breakout performance after logging a full week of practice ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Bears. Despite battling a knee injury early in the season, the All-Pro talent has still hauled in 14 receptions for 179 yards, showcasing his ability to produce even when less than 100 percent. Now fully healthy, Bowers should return to his role as the centerpiece of the Raiders passing attack against a Chicago defense that has struggled to contain the passing game. He enters Week 4 as the overall TE1 option and is a must-start in all formats.

    From RotoBaller

Jonnu Smith Sep 26 2:00pm CT
    Jonnu Smith

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Jonnu Smith (hip) is questionable for Sunday's Week 4 matchup with the Vikings, to be played in Dublin, Ireland. Smith played a full allotment of snaps in the team's Week 3 win over the Patriots, but popped up on the injury report this week. After missing Wednesday's practice, he was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday, signaling that things are trending in the right direction. If Smith is unable to play on Sunday, Pat Freiermuth becomes an interesting fantasy option against a Vikings defense that has been the third most favorable matchup for tight ends through three weeks. Outside of the heavy usage of running back Jaylen Warren, the Steelers' passing attack has looked uninspired since Aaron Rodgers' surprise four-touchdown opener. Should Smith play, he deserves a look by fantasy managers based on the matchup alone, but there are likely better options available.

    From RotoBaller

Bucky Irving Sep 26 2:00pm CT
    Bucky Irving

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving saw a heavy workload during last week's win over the New York Jets. Irving rushed the ball 25 times for 66 yards while hauling in all four of targets for 33 yards in the victory. The 23-year-old struggled with 2.6 yards per carry, but still finished with nearly 100 scrimmage yards. Irving should remain heavily involved in the offense during Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. A defensive unit that struggled to contain running back Kyren Williams last weekend. Irving should be viewed on the lower end of the RB1 scale for Week 4.

Daniel Carlson Sep 26 2:00pm CT
    Daniel Carlson

Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson is coming off a quiet Week 3 with just one field goal attempt, but the upcoming matchup against the Chicago Bears projects to provide much more scoring opportunity. The Raiders offense has been moving the ball effectively, ranking inside the top 10 in passing yards, and a high-paced game environment should set Carlson up for multiple attempts. After producing starter-worthy numbers in the first two weeks, Carlson remains firmly in play as a low-end K1 and is a strong streaming choice for fantasy managers seeking stability at the kicker position in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Jack Bech Sep 26 1:50pm CT
    Jack Bech

Las Vegas Raiders rookie wide receiver Jack Bech is slowly working his way into the offensive rotation, logging a season-high 24% of snaps in Week 3 after playing just six and seven percent in the first two weeks. He turned his lone target into a 10-yard reception, showing he can capitalize on limited opportunities. While Bech has yet to display meaningful fantasy value, his increased playing time is an encouraging sign for a player drafted in the second round out of TCU with high expectations. For now, he should remain on the waiver wire, but fantasy managers in deeper leagues should keep an eye on Bech's role to see if he continues trending upward.

    From RotoBaller

Tre Tucker Sep 26 1:50pm CT
    Tre Tucker

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker has quickly played his way onto the fantasy radar, turning 20 targets into 13 receptions for 211 yards and a league-leading four touchdowns through three weeks. While a chunk of his production came in garbage time against Washington, Tucker has consistently shown explosiveness and has developed clear chemistry with quarterback Geno Smith. Now set to face a Chicago Bears defense that ranks near the bottom of the league against both the run and the pass, Tucker enters Week 4 as more than just a flier--he's a viable WR2/Flex option with touchdown upside. Fantasy managers should feel confident rolling him out in lineups this week.

    From RotoBaller

    Dont'e Thornton Jr. Sep 26 1:40pm CT
    Dont'e Thornton Jr.

Las Vegas Raiders rookie wide receiver Dont'e Thornton Jr. continues to disappoint fantasy managers, seeing his snap share dip to a season-low 59% in Week 4 as fellow rookie Jack Bech earned more playing time. While Thornton still drew four targets, he managed just two catches for 29 yards, extending his streak of underwhelming stat lines. Once viewed as a sleeper with breakout potential, Thornton's limited role and lack of consistent production make him expendable in most fantasy leagues. Managers in need of roster flexibility should feel comfortable dropping Thornton in favor of a waiver-wire option with a stronger target share and clearer path to relevance.

    From RotoBaller

Baker Mayfield Sep 26 1:40pm CT
    Baker Mayfield

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield (right biceps) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's heavyweight battle with the defending champion Eagles, according to head coach Todd Bowles. However, Bowles told reporters during his Friday press conference that Mayfield, Chris Godwin (ankle), and Tristan Wirfs (knee) are all trending in the right direction for Week 4. While the Buccaneers have yet to release their final injury report of the week, Mayfield was seen throwing before Friday's practice, and all signs indicate that he will be available on Sunday. Mayfield's 6-to-0 touchdown-to-interception ratio through three weeks trails only two-time MVP Lamar Jackson, and his trademark grittiness has defined the team's identity on their way to a 3-0 start. With Mike Evans (hamstring) already ruled out for Sunday, look for Mayfield to build upon his quickly established rapport with rookie receiver Emeka Egbuka.

    From RotoBaller

Ashton Jeanty Sep 26 1:30pm CT
    Ashton Jeanty

Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty has endured a tough opening stretch, facing three consecutive top-10 run defenses while dealing with offensive line issues. Despite the slow start, Week 4 sets up as his most favorable matchup yet against a Chicago Bears defense ranked 26th against the run. Chicago has consistently struggled to contain opposing backfields, giving Jeanty a prime opportunity to showcase his explosiveness. With the Raiders likely to lean on the ground game to control the tempo, Jeanty profiles as a strong RB2 option who could deliver his first breakout fantasy performance of the season.

    From RotoBaller

Tetairoa McMillan Sep 26 1:30pm CT
    Tetairoa McMillan

Carolina Panthers rookie receiver Tetairoa McMillan (calf) is officially questionable for Sunday's Week 4 matchup with the New England Patriots. McMillan followed a missed practice on Wednesday with two limited practices on Thursday and Friday. The 8th overall pick in this year's draft has been the clear top option for Bryce Young through three games, leading the Panthers in targets, receptions, and receiving yards. With McMillan questionable and potentially limited, and Xavier Legette (hamstring) already ruled out against a Patriots defense that has been susceptible to the passing attack, Hunter Renfrow becomes a sneaky starting option for fantasy managers struggling to fill their flex position.

    From RotoBaller

Zamir White Sep 26 1:30pm CT
    Zamir White

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White has struggled to carve out a meaningful role in the offense, playing just 29% of the team's snaps through three weeks. Despite serving as the backup to Ashton Jeanty, White has not seen the volume needed to warrant fantasy consideration. In Week 3, he posted only 19 yards on five carries and added a single reception for four yards, continuing his trend of minimal production. Unless Jeanty were to miss time, White is nothing more than a deep bench stash in the majority of fantasy formats and should remain out of starting lineups for Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Mike Evans Sep 26 1:20pm CT
    Mike Evans

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have updated their injury report, and All-Pro receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) is one of only two players to be officially ruled out of Sunday's Week 4 matchup with the Eagles. This comes as no surprise, as Evans is expected to miss multiple weeks after an MRI on Tuesday revealed a mild to moderate strain of his left hamstring. Evans missed three games last season with an injury to his right hamstring and has a history of soft tissue issues. While Chris Godwin (ankle) is currently listed as questionable, it would be a surprise to see him handle a full allotment of snaps in his first game back from the devastating ankle injury that ended his 2024 season. Rookie Emeka Egbuka is in line to pace the team in targets against the defending champs and is a must-start this week.

    From RotoBaller

Khalil Shakir Sep 26 1:20pm CT
    Khalil Shakir

Buffalo Bills slot receiver Khalil Shakir found the end zone for the first time this season in a win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. Shakir also hauled in all four passes thrown his way for 45 yards, though it's alarming for fantasy managers that he combined for just six targets over the past two games. He averaged a little under seven per contest during a career year last season. While it's still early, Shakir is nowhere near his 2024 pace in catches, targets, or yards. He's now heading into a Week 4 matchup against a New Orleans defense that has given up the 11th-most fantasy points to receivers this year. The Saints had difficulty slowing down the Seattle Seahawks' top WR, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, in a blowout loss last week, as he tallied five catches for 96 yards and a touchdown. Shakir has never been a major TD threat, however, which makes it imperative for his targets to increase to 2024 levels if he's going to pay dividends for fantasy managers. Until that happens, it's tough to rely on Shakir, who's going into Sunday as RotoBaller's 40th-ranked WR.

    From RotoBaller

Rhamondre Stevenson Sep 26 12:50pm CT
    Rhamondre Stevenson

New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel said there won't be any playing-time discipline for running back Rhamondre Stevenson, whose ball-security issues resurfaced in last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers when he lost two crucial fumbles. "We need our best players to play in the game and do their jobs and take care of the football," Vrabel said. The 27-year-old only had four carries for 18 yards and caught all three of his targets for 38 yards in the Week 3 loss. Many people assumed he'd be in Vrabel's doghouse after coughing the ball up twice, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Stevenson's big Week 2 performance might have bought him some slack, but it could only be a matter of time before rookie TreVeyon Henderson gets his shot. Consider Stevenson a shaky RB3/flex play in fantasy this week. One more gaffe could be the end of his chances at the RB1 role in New England.

    From RotoBaller

James Cook Sep 26 12:50pm CT
    James Cook

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook, coming off his second straight game with 100-plus yards rushing, has a chance to keep rolling against the winless New Orleans Saints in Week 4. Although the Saints rank a respectable 14th in rushing yards allowed (103.3 per game), they've given up the seventh-most fantasy points to RBs through three weeks. That bodes well for Cook, who ranks second at his position in fantasy points and has encouragingly carried over his 2024 touchdown prowess into this season. After scoring 16 times on the ground a year ago, Cook has already found pay dirt four times in 2025 as the second-biggest weapon (behind quarterback Josh Allen) on an elite offense.

    From RotoBaller

Geno Smith Sep 26 12:50pm CT
    Geno Smith

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Geno Smith enters Week 4 with a strong opportunity to post QB1 numbers against the struggling Chicago Bears defense. Chicago has allowed 247.7 passing yards per game while ranking 27th in total defense and 26th against the pass, creating an inviting matchup for fantasy managers. Smith is coming off a sharp performance in Week 3 where he threw for 289 yards and three touchdowns, showing clear chemistry with his receiving corps. With the Bears' secondary routinely giving up big plays, Smith carries both a safe floor and a sneaky-high ceiling this week. He should be started confidently as a low-end QB1 in all fantasy formats.

    From RotoBaller

Josh Allen Sep 26 12:50pm CT
    Josh Allen

After bouncing back in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is set up for success going into Sunday's home matchup versus the 0-3 New Orleans Saints. The reigning MVP will face a defense that has surrendered the seventh-most fantasy points to quarterbacks, even though the Saints haven't gone up against anyone in Allen's stratosphere. They've instead struggled against lesser signal-callers in Kyler Murray, Mac Jones, and Sam Darnold. Those three combined to complete 70.8 percent of passes with seven touchdown tosses, zero interceptions, and a lofty 118.9 QB rating. While Jones and Darnold don't scare anyone with their legs, the mobile Murray scampered for 38 yards on seven rushes against New Orleans. That's good news for Allen, an elite dual threat fantasy managers can confidently count on going into Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Alec Pierce Sep 26 12:40pm CT
    Alec Pierce

Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen has ruled out wide receiver Alec Pierce (concussion) from the Week 4 contest this Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams, according to Mike Chappell of FOX 59. Things were trending this way after Pierce missed all three practices this week. The 25-year-old will look to clear the league's concussion protocol next before a Week 5 home matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. With Pierce sidelined this weekend, quarterback Daniel Jones will be forced to lean more on receivers Michael Pittman Jr., Josh Downs, and Adonai Mitchell. Impressive rookie tight end Tyler Warren will also have a higher ceiling as the Colts look to stay undefeated in a tough matchup against the Rams' defense. Pierce has been a pretty steady target of Jones through three games, catching nine of 13 targets for 171 yards, but he has yet to score.

    From RotoBaller

Jaylen Warren Sep 26 12:30pm CT
    Jaylen Warren

The Pittsburgh Steelers added running back Jaylen Warren (knee) to the Week 4 injury report, and he's now questionable to play on Sunday versus the Minnesota Vikings in Dublin, Ireland, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Warren was on the injury report this week and was listed with a knee, but also as veteran rest when he was limited in Thursday's practice. The 26-year-old's status is obviously worth keeping an eye on going into Sunday's international game, but we'd be surprised if he were ruled inactive. But if he doesn't play, Kenneth Gainwell would be a popular waiver-wire pickup and flex plug-and-play this weekend. Rookie Kaleb Johnson, who was a healthy scratch last week, would likely be active as a change-of-pace option alongside Trey Sermon. Warren has been very productive through three weeks and is a must-start RB if he plays.
