Tennessee Titans rookie tight end Gunnar Helm (toe) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest. The rookie tight end sustained this injury in the second half. Before exiting the contest, Helm was enjoying a strong start to the game, bringing in both of his targets for 38 yards and a score. His TD reception came on a 34-yard strike from fellow rookie Cameron Ward in the second frame. While he remains sidelined, managers should expect Chig Okonkwo to log the majority of snaps at the tight end position and see an uptick in targets.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson (chest) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the Denver Broncos due to a chest injury. Green Bay's top pass catcher sustained this injury in the third quarter when attempting to catch a pass that was eventually intercepted by Denver defensive back Patrick Surtain II. Before exiting, Watson brought in three of his five targets for just 29 yards. Leading up to this game, Watson was enjoying a strong stretch of play, averaging 18.4 PPR points from Weeks 11 through 14. Fantasy managers should expect Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs, and Matthew Golden to operate as the top WRs while Watson remains sidelined.

New England Patriots rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson totaled over 150 yards from scrimmage with two touchdowns during their loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday afternoon. On the ground, the second-round pick out of Ohio State took 14 attempts for 148 yards and two scores. Both of his touchdowns came on long rushes for 52 yards and 65 yards, respectively. Through the air, Henderson brought in two of his three targets for an additional 13 yards. Even though Henderson ceded six carries and three targets to Rhamondre Stevenson, Henderson still operated as the lead back and flashed much higher upside. Managers should continue to view the rookie as a high-end must-start RB2 in all formats, even if he continues to share opportunities with Stevenson, ahead of a tilt against the Ravens in Week 16

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of their Week 15 contest due to a hamstring injury. Neal sustained this injury in the first half. Before exiting, he was able to punch in a rushing score and tally 28 yards on seven attempts. The rookie also brought his lone target for four yards. With Alvin Kamara (knee) on the shelf and Kendre Miller (knee) shut down for this season, Neal has taken over RB1 duties in New Orleans. For the remainder of this contest, fantasy managers should expect Audric Estime and Evan Hull to split the backfield. Managers should keep a close eye on Neal's status during the week, as he would carry RB2 upside in a favorable matchup against the Jets in Week 16.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tyler Lockett (wrist) reeled in 2-of-4 targets for ten yards in Sunday's 31-0 road loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Lockett picked up a wrist injury late in the first half that had the team deem him questionable coming out of halftime. He'd re-enter the game in the third quarter, though he did not receive another opportunity in the passing game. It was a rough day for the offense as a whole, considering Las Vegas ran just 42 offensive plays and was shut out for the second time this season. Even if Lockett makes it through the upcoming week of practice without a setback, he may be falling out of favor in the offense. Rookie wideout Jack Bech has accrued a higher snap share than the veteran in the previous three games, out-producing him in each.

The Kansas native picked up his third straight start in Week 15 with backfield mate Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) sidelined again. However, he'd exit the contest in the first half after picking up 32 total yards and a touchdown on his eight opportunities (one reception). For the time being, teammates Audric Estime and Evan Hull will divvy up the share of backfield touches in his stead. Hull has more total work on the campaign, although Estime has out-carried the former in each of their previous two outings.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyquan Thornton (concussion) exited Sunday's loss to the Chargers in the concussion protocol. The wideout sustained this injury in the final frame after catching a 21-yard strike from Patrick Mahomes. Thornton finished the game with two catches on three targets for 47 yards. His yardage total trailed just Rashee Rice and Travis Kelce. With Marquise Brown unable to suit up due to personal reasons, Thornton saw a larger role. Managers should monitor his status leading up to their Week 16 matchup against the Titans. If he is unable to play, JuJu Smith-Schuster would likely see an increase in snaps but would not carry much fantasy value as their QB, Patrick Mahomes, exited this contest with a knee injury and is alos in danger of sitting out next week.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett went 27-for-40 for 249 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in his team's 40-20 Week 15 loss to the Houston Texans. Brissett also had three carries for six yards on the ground. Arizona's pass-happy offense continues to allow Brissett to post solid numbers week in and week out. The 33-year-old veteran has now thrown at least two touchdown passes in his last eight of nine games. Brissett has also thrown at least 40 passing attempts in his last six games and has thrown over 245 yards in every game he has started this season. If the Cardinals continue to play in pass-heavy game scripts, Brissett profiles as a viable starting fantasy quarterback for the remainder of the season. Arizona will host the Atlanta Falcons in Week 15.

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence posted a career day in Week 15's 48-20 win over the visiting New York Jets. The fifth-year pro was excellent in the lopsided victory, completing 20-of-32 passes for 330 yards and five scores, adding 51 yards and an additional touchdown on the ground (five carries). Lawrence's five passing TDs were a new personal best and his most in a game since he threw four in Week 15 of the 2022 season. Over the last three outings, the 26-year-old has piled up a stellar 9:0 TD:INT ratio, while averaging 267.7 yards per game through the air -- over 40 yards higher than his average on the campaign as a whole (221.5). Sitting atop the AFC East with a game between them and their division-rival Houston Texans, Lawrence and the Jags will prepare for a far more challenging test next Sunday when they line up against the Denver Broncos on the road.

Head coach Andy Reid reports that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (knee) will undergo an MRI on his injured left knee. Mahomes exited Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers late in the fourth quarter after landing awkwardly on his left knee. It's never good news when an athlete suffers a non-contact injury, leaving questions about the former Texas Tech Red Raider's status for the remainder of the season. For what it's worth, Reid confirmed what most of us watching already knew, that the injury "didn't look good." Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride had a historic day in the Week 15 loss against the Houston Texans, recording 12 catches for 134 yards with two touchdowns on 13 targets. McBride became the first tight end in NFL history with at least 100 receptions in consecutive seasons, and set a new NFL record for most consecutive games, 16, with at least five receptions. Travis Kelce had previously set the record in 2018 with 15 straight games, according to Josh Weinfuss of ESPN. McBride's Week 15 performance is further magnified by his dominance against one of the best defenses in the NFL, highlighting his historic play in 2025. The 26-year-old has now hauled in 105 receptions for 1,071 yards and 10 touchdowns on 140 targets across 14 games this season. Pearsall appeared to be dealing with an ankle issue after being tackled by a Tennessee defender. Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen completed 19 of 28 for 193 yards and three touchdowns, and added 48 rush yards on 11 carries in a comeback win Week 15 against the New England Patriots. He had a rush touchdown called back by penalty in the second half.

Fantasy Spin: Allen led the Bills back from a 21-0 deficit by leading five consecutive touchdown drives from late second quarter into the fourth quarter. His lack of deep threats prevented Kelly from throwing for 200 yards for the fifth time this season, but he still found the end zone three times through the air for the fourth time this season. Allen continues to be the most dangerous quarterback in fantasy and a QB1 in all formats.

Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered an apparent knee injury late in the team's Week 15 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The three-time Super Bowl winner was replaced by Gardner Minshew on the Chiefs' final possession after taking a hit while attempting a pass. Mahomes did not return to the game and was seen being helped to the Kansas City locker room by members of the training staff. The Chiefs were mathematically eliminated from the NFL playoffs with the loss, marking the first time in Mahomes' career that he's failed to qualify for the postseason.
