General manager Brandon Beane said the Kentucky product "tweaked" his hamstring and is getting treatment. Per Beane, the expectation is that he'll be ready for training camp. Buffalo's No. 30 overall selection in April's draft, Hairston projects to eventually slot into the team's second cornerback spot that was vacated by the departure of ex-Bill Rasul Douglas. The 21-year-old is most likely in no danger of missing training camp, and figures to play a prominent role in the Bills' secondary at some point in his first professional campaign.

According to head coach Jonathan Gannon, Arizona Cardinals defensive back Will Johnson (hamstring) has not participated in the team's mandatory minicamp because of a tight hamstring. Gannon also noted that the rookie will be ready for training camp. Arizona got a steal in the Michigan alum, who was regarded as a first-round pick but saw his draft stock fall due to injuries. Johnson is expected to contribute immediately to the Cardinals' defensive backfield, but he is unfortunately already missing valuable practice time in his inaugural campaign. It's excellent news that he's expected back by training camp, insinuating that it isn't a significant issue. He'll look to aid a defensive unit that ranked thirteenth-worst with 342.5 yards allowed per game last season.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Diontae Johnson is focused on changing the perception surrounding him this season after a tumultuous 2024, he told ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi on Wednesday. Johnson was all over the place last season, leading the Carolina Panthers in receiving through the first seven games before a mid-year trade to Baltimore -- and eventual release after he refused to play in Week 13. The Texans claimed him, and he caught two passes for them in Week 18, but was waived after their wild-card win over the Chargers due to his "visible frustration" after playing just 15 snaps. The 28-year-old will get a chance to prove himself in Cleveland, as the target competition behind fellow WR Jerry Jeudy and tight end David Njoku isn't too daunting. Still, the offense's success will largely depend on who is calling signals for the Browns in 2025, and even that might not be a guarantee on a weekly basis.

Per NFL.com's Grant Gordon, Green Bay Packers wide receiver Bo Melton took practice reps with the defensive backs during this week's mandatory minicamp. "Everybody turned and looked at me like, 'What are you doing?'" said Melton on Wednesday. Despite this week marking the first time that the 26-year-old ran with the DBs, it isn't the first discussion he and coach Matt LaFleur have had about it. Reportedly, when Melton joined the team in 2023, LaFleur inquired about his defensive prowess from the short time he spent in Rutgers' defensive backfield early in his collegiate career. The former Scarlet Knight hasn't just been an offensive asset for the Pack during his tenure with the squad, as he's also recorded four tackles on 154 career special-teams snaps. Whether he sticks remains to be seen, but it's a smart move for Green Bay to try to develop him at the position after the departure of his former teammate Jaire Alexander.

The Athletic's Zac Jackson writes that Cleveland Browns rookie fifth-round quarterback Shedeur Sanders has positioned himself to make the roster this fall and eventually make the team's decision-makers think about where he might belong on the depth chart. Sanders has been good enough in spring practices to make Browns coaches think he's worthy of more chances in training camp this summer. That doesn't mean the 23-year-old is firmly in the mix to win the starting job for the regular season -- veteran Joe Flacco is still considered the favorite -- but he's shown accuracy and decisiveness this spring. Sanders still has a lot of developing to do, but so far, he has been impressive as he looks to prove to Cleveland that he belongs in the picture long term after his well-documented draft-day slide in late April. For fantasy purposes, he's merely a dynasty/keeper stash and hold in 2025.

Carolina Panthers rookie first-round wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan (leg) is sitting out of practice for a second straight day on Thursday on the final day of mandatory minicamp, according to ESPN's David Newton. McMillan was involved in a collision with a teammate in practice on Tuesday, and his le took a shot. It's purely precautionary, and the 22-year-old should be just fine for training camp at the end of July. The 6-foot-4, 219-pounder should be an immediate starter in three-wide sets in Carolina alongside Adam Thielen and either Xavier Legette or Jalen Coker. He's not extremely fast, but his size should make him an immediate downfield threat for young quarterback Bryce Young. If Young can continue to build on what he showed in the second half of last year, McMillan could have a fine rookie season in 2025. Draft him as a WR3/flex this fall.

Cincinnati Bengals rookie first-round defensive end Shemar Stewart remains unsigned and has left mandatory minicamp this week, a source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter. Stewart had been attending offseason team activities, but without being signed and with the Bengals asking for certain clauses, he has left. Because he's not under contract, the 21-year-old pass-rusher won't be subject to fines for missing mandatory minicamp. This situation will most certainly be handled sooner than later, but the young defensive end is missing valuable reps as he heads into his first NFL season in 2025. Stewart was taken with the 17th overall pick back in late April, and the Bengals could need him even more if All-Pro pass-rusher Trey Hendrickson's holdout extends into the regular season or if he's traded.

New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers' injured toe is "good," according to head coach Brian Daboll, and he's "progressing." Nabers still isn't ready to practice in full yet, but he's participating in walkthrough during mandatory minicamp. The 21-year-old former sixth overall pick last year dealt with a toe injury in college and it also bothered him at times in his rookie campaign in 2024, but it never caused him to miss any games. The LSU product has not practiced at all this offseason, but he's expected to be a full-go for training camp this summer. Nabers impressed in his first year in the league and made the Pro Bowl after catching 109 passes on a whopping 170 targets for 1,204 yards and seven touchdowns in 15 games (13 starts) despite New York's terrible QB situation. Even though things might not be much better with Russell Wilson under center, Nabers is a clear top-10 fantasy wideout.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love said specifically that tight end Tucker Kraft's usage is a major point of focus this spring during offseason workouts. Kraft took a big jump from his rookie season in 2023 to last year, catching 50 of 70 targets for 707 yards and seven touchdowns in 17 regular-season starts as Green Bay's primary pass-catching tight end. He had just 31 receptions for 355 yards and two scores in 17 games (eight starts) in 2023 while splitting snaps with Luke Musgrave. It helped that Musgrave missed 10 games with an ankle injury last year, but Kraft should operate as the team's TE1 in 2025, and he's certainly an intriguing low-end TE1 target in fantasy drafts with upside for more because of his yards-after-the-catch prowess. The 24-year-old former third-rounder (78th overall) in 2023 out of South Dakota State is ranked as RotoBaller's No. 11 fantasy tight end.

New England Patriots beat writer Mike Dussault writes that rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson has been hard to miss during offseason workouts. His explosiveness is noticeable and he's been a consistent factor during team periods while showcasing a versatile skill set that could make him a key contributor in his first year in the NFL. The 5-foot-10 back's pass-protection skills have stood out, with his technique and mindset setting him apart. In addition to his blocking, Henderson has flashed plenty of playmaking ability during OTAs and training camp. The 22-year-old may never be a prototypical workhorse back because of his frame, but his pass-catching chops and big-play ability make him intriguing in fantasy right away in 2025, even with Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson in the RB room. In PPR leagues, he could become an RB2 before the end of his rookie campaign.

Washington Commanders wide receiver Michael Gallup (hamstring) is dealing with a hamstring strain that has kept him off the field for the first two days of mandatory minicamp this week, a source told The Washington Post's Nicki Jhabvala. Gallup spent the first six years of his NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys after they selected him in the third round (81st overall) in 2018 out of Colorado State before signing with the Las Vegas Raiders in free agency. The 29-year-old then abruptly retired and didn't play at all in 2024. He's making a comeback back in the NFC East, but Gallup is facing an uphill battle for playing time in D.C. behind Terry McLaurin, Deebo Samuel Sr., Noah Brown (undisclosed), K.J. Osborn and Luke McCaffrey. Gallup's hamstring injury isn't helping his cause in minicamp. He's off the fantasy radar for now.

The Charlotte Observer's Mike Kaye said that Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker (undisclosed) looked fast during offseason practice on Wednesday, and his undisclosed soft-tissue injury appears to be mostly resolved. Both he and Xavier Legette had nice catch-and-run plays during seven-on-seven drills. Coker went undrafted out of Holy Cross last year but latched on with the Panthers and exceeded expectations with a 32-478-2 line on 46 targets over 11 games (four starts). However, the return of veteran Adam Thielen and the team drafting Tetairoa McMillan in the first round of this year's NFL draft won't make it easier for the 23-year-old to develop a bigger role in his sophomore campaign in 2025. Miami Dolphins wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (undisclosed) has been working through an undisclosed injury during the offseason but feels ready to push himself. He said it has been an adjustment learning a new offense and is working to carve out a role behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. It sounds as though the 28-year-old pass-catcher will be ready to roll for training camp this summer. The former undrafted free agent out of Indiana had his best season in the NFL with the Tennessee Titans last year, catching 32 of his 60 targets for 497 yards and nine touchdowns in 17 games (nine starts) in his fifth year in the league. Nobody could really explain Westbrook-Ikhine's outlier season in 2024 in a bad Titans offense after he had 1,276 yards and 10 TDs his first four years. He does have a nose for the end zone and is moving to a better offense, but a repeat of last year is unlikely.

Dallas Cowboys running back Miles Sanders got some more work with the first-team offense on Wednesday at mandatory minicamp, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Nick Harris. So far at minicamp, it's been Sanders and Javonte Williams getting the work with the starting offense. In addition to adding Sanders and Williams in free agency this offseason, the Cowboys took Jaydon Blue (fifth round) and Phil Mafah (seventh round) in this year's NFL draft. A committee situation will most likely develop in 2025 among Sanders, Williams and Blue, making Dallas' backfield pretty ugly for fantasy purposes. Sanders had his first 1,000-yard season in his final season in Philly in 2022 before falling off a cliff with 637 rushing yards, three TDs and 3.5 yards per carry in 2023 and 2024. He's unlikely to see the volume needed for a bounce-back and is ranked as the No. 74 RB at RotoBaller entering 2025.

The Los Angeles Daily News' Adam Grosbard reports that veteran wide receiver Davante Adams feels rejuvenated with the Los Angeles Rams and is already helping Puka Nacua and the team's other pass-catchers. Adams was traded from the Las Vegas Raiders to the New York Jets midseason last year to work with buddy Aaron Rodgers. While the 32-year-old six-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro saw plenty of volume, he wasn't exactly efficient and finished the year with 85 grabs on 141 targets for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns in 14 starts. He's now working with veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford, which is good news, but the volume probably won't be there like it has been while he shares targets with Nacua, who figures to be Stafford's favorite target. RotoBaller has Adams ranked as the No. 19 fantasy wideout, with Nacua coming in at No. 3.

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs (knee) said his goal is to return for Week 1 of the 2025 regular season this fall, according to The Dallas Morning News' Calvin Watkins. Diggs had surgery to fix a cartilage issue in his knee in January and is expected to start training camp this summer on the Physically Unable to Perform list. The 26-year-old tore his ACL in Week 3 of 2023 but made it back last year, only to deal with ankle, calf, groin and foot injuries, in addition to his knee ailment, while being limited to 11 starts. It seems like ages ago that he recorded a league-high 11 interceptions (two returned for touchdowns) in 2021. Dallas figures to be cautious with the two-time Pro Bowler in his recovery, so it wouldn't be a surprise if he's not ready for the season opener in September. When healthy, Diggs has already proved he can be a ball-hawking defensive back for the Cowboys defense.

Former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt signed a one-year, $4.25 million deal with the Las Vegas Raiders on Wednesday, a source tells NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Pratt can earn up to $500,000 in incentives. The 29-year-old has quickly landed on his feet after the Bengals released him on Monday. The former third-rounder (72nd overall) in 2019 out of North Carolina State will get a fresh start in the desert after spending the first six years of his NFL career in Cincy, where he racked up 616 tackles (355 solo), 3.5 sacks, 32 tackles for loss, 10 QB hits, seven interceptions, 23 pass breakups, seven forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries in 96 games (88 starts). He has had over 100-plus tackles in each of the last two years, including a career-high 143 (80 solo) in 17 starts in 2024. While Pratt is a strong tackler, he was exposed in coverage and could be more of a rotational linebacker in Vegas.

Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson is unsure if rookie first-round tight end Colston Loveland (shoulder) will be a full-go for the start of training camp at the end of July. After having surgery on his shoulder in January, Colston has been able to lift weights, run routes and catch passes, with his final hurdle being getting his strength and mobility fully back. In the meantime, he's getting lots of mental reps as he learns Chicago's playbook. The 21-year-old was the 10th overall pick in April's NFL draft and gives second-year quarterback Caleb Williams another pass-catching weapon alongside fellow TE Cole Kmet. While Loveland certainly has a higher fantasy ceiling than Kmet, Kmet's presence and Loveland's delay due to surgery could mean a slow start in his first NFL season. Fantasy managers in single-year leagues should definitely temper expectations.

Buffalo Bills All-Pro defensive end Joey Bosa (calf) said he's being cautious by sitting out mandatory minicamp but expects to be a full-go for the start of training camp in late July, according to The Buffalo News' Ryan O'Halloran. Bosa also missed voluntary organized team activities this offseason, but he expects to be ready for training camp and the start of the 2025 regular season in his first year in Buffalo. The 29-year-old is a former five-time Pro Bowler and can be a game-changer, but he too often has been stuck on the sidelines in recent years due to injuries. The former third overall pick in 2016 by the Los Angeles Chargers out of Ohio State hasn't played in a full season since 2021, which is also the last year he had double-digit sacks. If he's fully healthy, though, he'll be a major boost to Buffalo's pass rush. Bosa has racked up 72 sacks in 107 games (93 starts) since his rookie year in 2016.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni likes Calvin Austin III to be the team's No. 2 wideout behind DK Metcalf in 2025 after George Pickens was traded to the Dallas Cowboys this offseason. Azzanni said that Austin is being overlooked and that he is a "legit NFL receiver" that "gets separation all over the field." Roman Wilson and others will be working as a committee behind Metcalf and Austin to open the 2025 regular season. Austin, a former fourth-rounder (138th overall) in 2022 out of Memphis, caught 36 of his 58 targets for 548 yards and four touchdowns in 17 regular-season games (eight starts) in his second season in the NFL last year. He is definitely going to have a bigger role in 2025, but in what is expected to be a run-heavy offense with quarterback Aaron Rodgers likely in the last season of his career, we'd expect Austin to struggle for volume on a week-to-week basis.
