Will Richard Thu Nov 6 2:00am

Golden State's G Will Richard scored 30 points on 10-of-15 shooting in a 116-121 loss to Sacramento on Wednesday, Nov. 5. Richard is owned in very few, if any leagues.

Russell Westbrook Thu Nov 6 2:00am

Sacramento's G Russell Westbrook recorded a triple-double, finishing with 23 points, 10 assists and 16 rebounds in a 121-116 win over the Warriors on Wednesday, Nov. 5.

Nikola Jokic Thu Nov 6 2:00am

Denver Nuggets' C Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double, finishing with 33 points, 16 assists and 15 rebounds in a 122-112 win over the Heat on Wednesday, Nov. 5.

Donovan Mitchell Thu Nov 6 2:00am

Cavaliers' G Donovan Mitchell scored 46 points on 15-of-21 shooting in a 132-121 win over the 76ers on Wednesday, Nov. 5.

Darius Garland Wed Nov 5 6:40pm

According to Leah Doherty of Cleveland 19 News, Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Darius Garland (toe) is set to make his season debut after undergoing offseason surgery to repair a big toe injury. The 24-year-old will likely be on a minutes restriction for his first week or two back, but fantasy managers should still view him as a reliable option. Garland's return will have a major influence on the Cavs rotation, likely pushing Donovan Mitchell to shooting guard more frequently. Last season, Garland averaged 20.6 points, 6.7 assists, and 2.9 rebounds across 30.7 minutes per contest, and he now appears ready to provide a steady boost to Cleveland's backcourt.

Anthony Edwards Wed Nov 5 6:30pm

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (hamstring) will play on Wednesday night versus the Knicks. He missed the last four games because of a hamstring injury. Fortunately, the 24-year-old is one of the most durable players in the National Basketball Association, so he didn't need to stay on the shelf for too long. Edwards won't have a minutes restriction, which is great news. However, his presence should mean few scoring opportunities for Jaden McDaniels, Julius Randle, and Donte DiVincenzo. Mike Conley, who had 25 points versus Brooklyn on Monday night, will presumably head back to the bench, significantly lowering his fantasy ceiling.

Jimmy Butler Wed Nov 5 6:20pm

Golden State Warriors forward Jimmy Butler III (back) won't play on Wednesday versus Sacramento. He carried an injury designation because of a low back strain heading into Tuesday's win over the Phoenix Suns. While Butler managed to get on the floor, he didn't last long, ending the night with only 14 minutes. It's unknown if he'll be able to suit up on Friday in Denver. However, the team will presumably take a cautious approach. Stephen Curry (illness) also won't play. There's also a chance Brandin Podziemski (wrist) and Draymond Green (rib) won't suit up. With that said, fantasy managers could see increased scoring opportunities from Buddy Hield, Moses Moody, Quinten Post, and Pat Spencer against one of the worst defensive teams in the NBA.

Zach LaVine Wed Nov 5 6:20pm

Sacramento Kings guard Zach LaVine (back) won't suit up for Wednesday's clash against the Golden State Warriors. The 30-year-old is battling low back soreness, so fantasy managers will have to wait and see if he can get back on the floor versus OKC on Friday night. Domantas Sabonis (rib) also won't play, meaning the Kings will rely more on Malik Monk, DeMar DeRozan, and Russell Westbrook. Drew Eubanks may also find himself in the starting lineup, giving him added upside for those in need of a streaming option.

Anthony Edwards Wed Nov 5 6:10pm

Jack Borman of Locked On Timberwolves reports that Shams Charania of ESPN said on NBA Today that Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Anthony Edwards (hamstring) is probable for Wednesday's matchup with the New York Knicks. Edwards has missed four consecutive games with a strained right hamstring but was a full participant in Wednesday's shootaround, a strong sign that he's nearing a return. For fantasy managers, the 24-year-old star remains a must-start if he's able to suit up.

Domantas Sabonis Wed Nov 5 6:10pm

Sacramento Kings forward/center Domantas Sabonis (ribs) is unavailable for Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. Sabonis is dealing with a left ribcage contusion and will remain sidelined. While the 29-year-old big man is out, Drew Eubanks and newly signed Precious Achiuwa are expected to take on extra minutes and provide some fantasy value for this evening's matchup. Eubanks posted 10 points and grabbed two rebounds in his last appearance against the Nuggets on Monday. Achiuwa is another player to monitor, coming off a season with the New York Knicks during which he averaged 6.6 points and 5.6 rebounds in 20.5 minutes per contest.

Johnny Furphy Wed Nov 5 5:30pm

Indiana Pacers forward Johnny Furphy (ankle) is unavailable for Wednesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. Furphy suffered a left ankle sprain in Monday's 117-115 loss to the Bucks and will remain sidelined for the time being. The 20-year-old's next opportunity to suit up comes on Saturday against the Nuggets. Jarace Walker posted 18 points, eight rebounds, and five assists on Monday and could serve as a strong fantasy option heading into this evening's contest. With Indiana's roster thinned by injuries, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl should also see an expanded role.

Quenton Jackson Wed Nov 5 5:10pm

Indiana Pacers guard Quenton Jackson (hamstring) is unavailable for Wednesday's matchup with the Brooklyn Nets. Jackson exited Monday's 117-115 loss to the Bucks with a right hamstring strain and will remain sidelined as he continues to recover. His next opportunity to return to the Pacers' rotation comes on Saturday against the Nuggets. With Indiana dealing with multiple injuries across the roster, the team will likely lean on guards Ben Sheppard and RayJ Dennis (back), who is listed as probable for Wednesday's contest and expected to log extended minutes.

RayJ Dennis Wed Nov 5 4:50pm

Indiana Pacers guard RayJ Dennis (back) is listed as probable for Wednesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. Dennis has been managing a lower back sprain, but it appears the issue won't prevent him from taking the floor. Through six games, the 24-year-old has averaged 8.2 points, 3.8 assists, and 2.5 rebounds across 22.7 minutes per contest. With multiple injuries affecting Indiana's rotation, Dennis could see an expanded role if active. From a fantasy standpoint, he offers low-end streaming appeal for Wednesday's matchup.

Tobias Harris Wed Nov 5 4:30pm

Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris (ankle) will miss his second straight game with a right ankle sprain, according to the team's official injury report. Isaiah Stewart, who started in the win over Memphis on Monday, will likely get the starting nod again tonight. Stewart scored 26 points and secured 14 rebounds in Harris' place. Harris is averaging 13.5 points, six rebounds, and 2.8 assists in his 15th season in the NBA. It's unclear how long this ankle injury will keep Harris sidelined.

Walker Kessler Wed Nov 5 4:10pm

Utah Jazz center Walker Kessler (shoulder) is undergoing surgery for a torn labrum and will miss the rest of the season. Kessler was averaging a career-high 14.4 points, while adding 10.8 rebounds, three assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.8 blocks per game. The big man even added a three-point shot to his game this year. Jusuf Nurkic, who started the last two games with Kessler inactive, should hold onto the starting center spot for the immediate future. Kessler's injury also opens up more opportunities for forward/center Kyle Filipowski and forward Taylor Hendricks. Kessler will be a restricted free agent this upcoming offseason.

Zach LaVine Wed Nov 5 8:40am

Sacramento Kings guard/forward Zach LaVine (back) remains on the injury report with a questionable designation ahead of Wednesday's matchup against the Golden State Warriors. The former Bull is dealing with a back issue and was also questionable for Monday's meeting with the Denver Nuggets. LaVine was able to play through his ailment, though he struggled with his shooting and had only 15 points with five rebounds and four assists. Malik Monk (personal), who has missed a pair of games, will return to the lineup on Wednesday and could play a big role in the contest if LaVine is ruled out.

Domantas Sabonis Wed Nov 5 8:30am

Sacramento Kings forward/center Domantas Sabonis (ribs) is considered questionable for Wednesday's clash against the Golden State Warriors. The Lithuanian star is nursing a left ribcage contusion. If Sabonis can't shake off the questionable tag before tip-off, Drew Eubanks and the newly signed Precious Achiuwa would have increased fantasy value. Eubanks has recorded back-to-back games with double-digit points and is a good rebounder. Achiuwa is also capable of making an impact, coming off a season with the New York Knicks, during which he averaged 6.6 points and 5.6 rebounds in 20.5 minutes.

Luka Doncic Wed Nov 5 8:20am

Los Angeles Lakers point guard Luka Doncic (leg) will be available for Wednesday's matchup against Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs. The team has not included Doncic on the injury report. Doncic missed Monday's contest against the Portland Trail Blazers as the Lakers completed a back-to-back. The Slovenian superstar has been spectacular to start the year, averaging 41.3 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 8.3 assists. On Wednesday, Doncic will face the Association's second-most efficient defense, but teams seldom contain him. In Sunday's meeting with the Miami Heat, Doncic shot below 41 percent from the field but still produced a triple-double with a 29-11-10 line.

Austin Reaves Wed Nov 5 8:20am

Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves (groin) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the San Antonio Spurs. He could be unavailable for a second consecutive game due to a sore right groin. Early this season, Reaves has taken his game to another level, posting 31.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 9.3 assists, and 1.4 steals per game. Even with Luka Doncic back in the lineup on Sunday versus the Miami Heat, Reaves notched a 26-point, 11-assist double-double. Reaves' absence gives more playing opportunities to Jake LaRavia and Marcus Smart, who will continue to have additional fantasy value if he doesn't return on Wednesday night.

Anthony Davis Wed Nov 5 8:10am

Dallas Mavericks forward/center Anthony Davis (calf) will miss a third straight game on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans. He suffered a low-grade calf strain a week ago in a game against the Indiana Pacers, and it's unclear when he will be ready to rejoin the lineup. Dallas planned to re-evaluate Davis this week. Daniel Gafford, who made his season debut last week, has taken over Davis' place in the first unit. He has averaged 10.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in 21.0 minutes. Gafford was supposed to be limited to 15-18 minutes, but he played 25 minutes last time against the Houston Rockets, indicating he might be ready for his usual workload going forward.
