During his last seven outings, he's carried a heavier workload, averaging 21.5 minutes per game. However, his time on the floor will likely keep decreasing with Miles McBride back in action.

Houston Rockets forward Tari Eason (illness) is questionable for Thursday's game against Brooklyn. He recently returned after missing over a month because of an oblique injury. Since then, the 24-year-old has appeared in the Rockets' previous five contests. However, his status is now in jeopardy as a result of an illness. With so many players listed on the injury report for Houston, there are a number of directions head coach Ime Udoka might go regarding the rotation, although Reed Sheppard should remain in line to see a substantial bump in minutes and scoring opportunities regardless of who is ruled out.

New York Knicks center Ariel Hukporti (mouth) is set to suit up for Wednesday's matchup with the San Antonio Spurs. Hukporti has been cleared to play after carrying a questionable tag earlier due to sustaining a lip laceration in Monday's 130-125 win over the Pelicans. The 23-year-old could be in line to see extra minutes this evening with Mitchell Robinson (ankle) out of action. However, fantasy managers should expect Hukporti to be a non-factor in fantasy during tonight's tilt as he's averaging just 1.3 points and 2.4 rebounds per game across 20 outings this season.

Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris (hip) is doubtful for Thursday's meeting with Miami. He logged six minutes in Tuesday's win over the Los Angeles Lakers because of a left hip injury. Unfortunately, that puts his status in doubt for Thursday's game and beyond. With Caris LeVert (knee) also sidelined, Ron Holland II, coming off a 11-point, seven rebound effort, could find himself in the starting lineup. There will also be room for expanded production for Isaiah Stewart, Javonte Green, and Jaden Ivey.

Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun (soleus) is questionable for Thursday's game against Brooklyn after missing the last two contests because of a calf strain. The Rockets are hurting heading into this one, with Clint Capela (illness) and Steven Adams (ankle) also carrying a questionable designation. As a result, Houston may need to roll with Dorian Finney-Smith at the five versus his former team. DFS most recently logged 16 minutes in Monday's loss to the Indiana Pacers, finishing with six points and two rebounds.

Charlotte Hornets center Mason Plumlee (groin) underwent surgery "to address an injury to his right groin." He will be re-evaluated in six weeks, with the team planning to announce updates "as appropriate." The 35-year-old signed with the Hornets in July after bouncing around the NBA since being drafted in 2013 by the Brooklyn Nets. He appeared in 14 games for Charlotte this season. However, Plumlee hasn't been productive, averaging 1.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.1 assists. While he would could have seen more action while Ryan Kalkbrenner (elbow) is sidelined, he still wouldn't have garnered attention from fantasy managers, considering Moussa Diabate has been holding things down at the five. With that said, the select few who have Plumlee on the roster can drop him without thinking twice.

According to Joel Lorenzi of The Athletic, Chicago Bulls center Zach Collins (toe) will be sidelined at least 10 more days due to a sprained right toe. The timetable for a return likely puts Collins out of action for at least six contests. His injury occurred in the closing minutes of Saturday's loss to Milwaukee. The 28-year-old big man finished with 10 points, 10 rebounds, and two assists in 24 minutes before leaving the floor. While Collins is sidelined, Jalen Smith will see an expanded role backing up starting center Nikola Vucevic.

Portland Trail Blazers forward Jerami Grant (Achilles) is slated to miss his seventh consecutive contest due to left Achilles tendonitis on Wednesday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The 31-year-old veteran remains without a timetable to return, putting his status for Friday's clash with the New Orleans Pelicans in doubt. Forward Kris Murray (quad), who has started at times during Grant's absence, is questionable and is in danger of missing his second straight game. With Grant still out and Murray potentially sidelined, Sidy Cissoko could draw another start this evening.

Charlotte Hornets guard Kon Knueppel (ankle) will make his return to the Hornets' starting lineup on Wednesday against the Golden State Warriors. Knueppel suffered a right ankle injury that forced him to miss Monday's loss to the Bucks. The rookie is averaging 19.3 PPG while shooting 42.8% from deep, which they will certainly need against a tough Warriors team. With the Hornets already missing Miles Bridges, fantasy managers and DFS players should expect additional volume to be headed Knueppel's way.

Phoenix Suns guard/forward Grayson Allen (knee) is tagged as doubtful on the injury report for Wednesday's encounter with the Cleveland Cavaliers. While he is unlikely to play, this is a positive development, as Allen has been ruled out immediately for the last few games due to a right knee injury. He has missed six contests, giving Royce O'Neale a chance to reclaim a starting role. Collin Gillespie and Jordan Goodwin have also held a larger role in the rotation over the last couple of weeks.

The 20-year-old rookie sprained his right ankle last week and didn't play on Monday night against the Milwaukee Bucks. Sion James rolled with the starters on Monday and will be relegated back to the bench with Knueppel's return. Josh Green is also likely to lose minutes, though with Miles Bridges (ankle) potentially missing the game, there could still be additional playing time available for the reserves.

Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges (ankle) is considered questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Golden State Warriors. The 27-year-old sprained his right ankle in Monday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. In the contest, Tidjane Salaun started the second half in Bridges' place, notching three points, one assist, one steal, and a game-high 11 rebounds. If Bridges misses his first game of the season, Liam McNeeley may also see more action. Meanwhile, LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller, who scored a combined 57 points on Monday night, will take on more offensive duties, along with Kon Knueppel (ankle) and Collin Sexton.

San Antonio Spurs guard/forward Devin Vassell (adductor) won't play on New Year's Eve against the New York Knicks. He has sustained a left adductor strain and could miss more than one game. Keldon Johnson or Julian Champagnie will replace Vassell in the starting unit, with Dylan Harper also in a position to see more minutes. On Wednesday, another chunk of playing time would open up in the rotation if Stephon Castle (thumb) misses the game. He is currently tagged as questionable on the injury report.

Oklahoma City Thunder center Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) will miss a second straight game on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers. With Jaylin Williams (heel) also out, Branden Carlson gets a boost in playing time, but he still logged only 11 minutes in Monday's win over the Atlanta Hawks. Cason Wallace joined the starting unit, while Chet Holmgren shifted to center. Wallace is likely to remain in the starting lineup after filling the box score on Monday night. He finished with a season-high 17 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one block.

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Chicago Bulls guard Josh Giddey (hamstring) will "miss at least a few weeks" as a result of the hamstring strain that he sustained during Monday's loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The 2021 No. 6 overall pick has played well throughout the 2025 campaign, averaging career-highs in points (19.5), rebounds (9.1), assists (9.2), and three-point percentage (39.0%). With Coby White (calf) also battling an injury of his own, Chicago may roll with Tre Jones and Ayo Dosunmu in the starting lineup, making both players must-start options in all fantasy formats.

Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs (hip) is questionable for Wednesday's contest in Indiana. He's already missed seven games because of the left hip contusion, so fantasy managers aren't overly convinced he'll be back for this one. If he doesn't return, Tyus Jones will presumably remain in the starting lineup. Jones hasn't played the best in his eight starts, averaging 6.4 points, 3.6 assists, 2.1 boards, and 1.0 steals. With that said, he could be more productive versus an Indiana team that has struggled defensively throughout the 2025 campaign. Jones' potential might increase even more if Desmond Bane (back) can't suit up.

Orlando Magic forward Desmond Bane (back) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Indiana. He hasn't missed a game this season, although that trend may come to an end after he experienced back spasms in Monday's loss to Toronto. With Jalen Suggs (hip) also uncertain to suit up, the team could be leaning even more on Paolo Banchero and Anthony Black, with Tristan da Silva potentially gaining streaming value if Bane can't get on the floor.
