He will make his first start of the campaign following an impressive bench showing in Monday's loss to the New York Knicks. While most of his teammates struggled to hit shots, Holiday went for a season-high 15 points in 17 minutes with 6-for-10 shooting. Jae'Sean Tate and Tari Eason (lower leg) will drop out of the first unit on Tuesday, with the latter ruled out for the game.
